Crowne Plaza ANTWERP, an IHG Hotel

very nice hotel, good for business and family stay. i like the gym and swimming pool.

旅館可帶寵物，樓層有房客遛狗，讓怕狗的房客很不安。還遇到帶狗鬼祟的房客，一路上從飯店跟出來，寸步不離，到了旅館告知櫃檯，櫃檯雖然報警了，這個寸步不離的房客依然帶著狗在身旁尾隨，房客的安全深受威脅。

Nice Hotel

Face mirror was broken so we changed the room. However, the air conditioner was too weak so we came back to the original room. The air conditioner keeps at 25-26 degree which it is a bit difficult to fall asleep especially during heat wave season.

Staff so helpfull and facilities are great. We love the wellness area.

Otelin konumu merkeze yakin, tek vesait ile rahatlikla Ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Otelde oda kalmadigi icin, 2 birleşik oda verildi. Bundan dolayi memnunuz. Oda yataklari ve banyo temizdi, ancak yatak karyolasinin alti cok tozluydu. Odada ütü ve ütü masası olmasi iyi bir ekstraydı. Oda klimalari sicak üflemiyordu, bunun yaz mevsimine bagli bir durum oldugunu kabul ettik artik, ancak gece oda ısısı düstügü için cocuklarimla üşüdük malesef.Kahvalti saatinin hafta içi en son 10 olması yerine 10:30 olmasini dilerdim. Otelde havuzu kullanma fırsatımız oldu. Havuz temizdi ancak, fayanslari siyah ve iç kararticiydi.resepsiyon calisanlari cok cana yakin ve problem cozucuydü. Tekrar gelirsem ayni otelde kalabilirm.

Nice hotel, with good amenities. There's paid parking but we used the street parking around the hotel which is both free and plentful.

Godt hotel, venligt personale. Rengøring var fin. Lidt slidt værelser, men ellers nydeligt.

The property is exelent only problem was that room was not sk clean under the besds was a little dirty. For the rest the property was nice.

Vi er familie på fire som bodde på ett 4-mannsrom. Sengene var litt smale så vi sov ganske trangt, det var upraktisk med dobbeldyne og putene var ukomfortable. Aircondition bråkte også veldig, og hvis vi skrudde den på en lavere nivå ble rommet for varmt. Ellers var det rent og pent rom, fin utsikt (vi bodde i 8.etg) og god frokost. Det var også en fint basseng og badstu, dessverre var damp-badstuen under reparasjon så den fikk vi ikke prøvd.

Climatisation non fonctionnelle dans la chambre, TV qui crash et Hammam non fonctionnelle. Le cadre est sympa mais avec autant de service non fonctionnel pour un hôtel de ce niveau, non sommes assez déçu de l'expérience.

We chose this hotel for the location. Check in went fine. Room wasn’t clean even after complaining about chewing gum in the sink it stil was there afwater so called extra cleaning. We were offered compensation. The fridge wasn’t cold, the heat outside was unbareabale, so we didn’t have cold drinks. Breakfast was great

Super! Mycket prisvärt boende med serviceminded personal. Bra sängar. Kommer definitivt boka om vi har vägarna förbi igen. Frukost ingår dock inte så det kan vara bra att ha med i beräkningen.

交通機関がバス1系統しかないので、タクシーかレンタカー主体になります。好きな時に歩いてブラブラ観光が好きな人には、拠点には不向きかも。ホテルの綺麗さ設備やフロントの親切さはかなり良いです。

Minder is de schoonmaak. De badkamer was nief schoon en werd ook niet schoongemaakt!

Horrible ! À fuir, service inexistant. Une forte odeur se dégage de la moquette des couloirs, l'hôtel est tout près de l'autoroute, les vitres laisse tous les bruits passés. Il vaut mieux dormir par terre que sur ce matelas qui équipe cet hôtel. Très déçu, la description ne reflète en rien cet hôtel très bas de gamme. Le seul point positif vient du petit-déjeuner, dommage que je suis venu aussi pour dormir.
