Overall, our stay in the hotel has been pretty fantastic. The room was bigger than we thought, the beds are comfy, the sofa was surprisingly snug. Despite the fact that the space of the bathtub was a bit problematic to use, it’s great that the hotel has provided sufficient soap to use. The double huge windows were fantastic to maintain airflow. The staff were helpful as well.

It’s a very good and comfortable hotel. Location is good, just a few minutes walk to Brussels Midi station. Highly recommend!

good location

It is a wonderful apartment! Everything is equipped, though the life is out of order that day, but the host upgrade my booking let me stay in the room of first floor, which is so kind since I had two heavy luggage with me. If you are looking not only a room to stay but also a feeling of home, here definitely will be your best choice.

Nice unit. My family was very impressed.

The good: Hotel staff was very helpful (they called and arranged taxis), the unit had ample space and clean. Be prepared to speak French, Spanish, or possibly German with the staff (otherwise use Google translate). Security within the hotel/unit is very good. The bad: Stepping out of Midi station, the surrounding area is extremely sketchy. I did not feel safe walking around the Midi area and almost preferred to take a taxi directly from the hotel to Central station area or airport. If you are a tourist recommend staying closer to Bruxelles-Central or Manneken Pis area to enjoy the historic area. Brussels charges a tourist tax, for 2 people it was ~$45Euro. Tip: Taxi fare from Brussels airport to this hotel = $42Euro or you can use Uber (fare fluctuates based off time of day). We used the bus from airport + metro for our initial arrival.

リーズナブルなアパート。南駅から近く隣国の旅には便利。市内へは地下鉄で数駅。南駅で移民が多く安全な感じはしないため夜遅くは注意がいると思う(女性の一人旅には不向きかな)。近くに美味しいバーがあり2回ほど夜遅くに通ったが迷わず速歩で。二軒ほど綺麗なバーとレストランがある。アパートなのでチェックインタイムに制約、これが一番痛いかな。メールでのコミュニケーションは全くできないと思った方がよい(返信は一度もない)。タオルは言ったら交換してくれた。英語は殆ど通じないが、頑張って身振りやらでコミュニケーションはしてくれる。部屋はちゃんとしていて不満はない。ミニキッチンや大きな冷蔵庫はある。

The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning.

Smuk og lækker lejlighed med god beliggenhed. Meget tæt på den største togstation i Bruxelles (MIDI) Dejlig lille balkon med planter og en enkel stol. Lækre gratis sæber, shampoo og bodywash. Venligt personale, som var behjælpelig med opmagasinering af kufferter før indcheckning.

Huoneiston huoneratkaisu toimiva, koska olohuone ja makuuhuone ovat erillisiä huoneita (osa matkaseurueesta voi valvoa pidempään halutessaan). Hotellilla on hyvä sijainti, sillä paikan lähellä on suuri juna-asema, josta pääsee nopeasti junalla muun muassa Waterloohon. Hotellin siisteys on hyvä sekä talossa on myös hissi. Kaupunginosa, jossa hotelli sijaitsee voi tuntua hieman karulta, mutta me emme tunteneet oloamme turvattomaksi. Hotellin muutamat pienet heikkoudet eivät olleet meille suuri ongelma, joskin toivottavasti hotellissa osattaisiin jatkossa asteen verran paremmin englantia sekä käytössämme olleen huoneen wifi korjattaisiin. Muiden huoneiden wifit kyllä näkyivät iPadin verkkovalinnassa, mutta oman huoneemme nimellä olevaa ei. Pienenä lisähuomiona nostaisin sen, että valaistuksessa voisi käyttää lämpimämpää valon väriä, sillä valkoinen ledi särähtää omaan silmään huoneistossa. Tämä on toimiva ratkaisu Brysseliin tutustumiseen, ja tuplaparveke oli kiva lisä huoneessamme.

The owner is nice, the room is clean. But I found a mouse running across my room. They changed my room but it was not a very pleasant experience.

Nice and spacious apartment in good location near Midi Station (shuttle from Charleroi) Nice staff Walking location from main sights - Communication was very difficult. They did not answer any messages and only 1/5 phonecalls. Staff did not speak english. Even when arriving late in the evening we were not sure if there was anyone to open the door for us. Finally there was. - Neighbourhood was very dirty, but not too loud. Nevertheless is was better location, than crowded tourist areas.

They overcharged me at the property for “city tax”. They asked for payment in cash and I overlooked the amount being charged to me in the moment. As of now, the hotel is unwilling to waive the refund request

Abbiamo alloggiato 3 notti in questa struttura, precisamente nell'appartamento new york. Nulla da dire sull'alloggio, che globalmente si presentava ampio, comfortevole, caldo e dotato di ogni comfort (sopratutto in cucina dove non mancava macchina del caffe, bollitore, microonde, frullatore ecc). Gentilissimi i proprietari che tra l'altro riescono a comunicare sia in inglese, francese e italiano. La struttura in se appare fatiscente, ascensore davvero stretta per chi ha il passeggino. Punto dolente purtroppo la zona che reputo poco sicura soprattutto la sera, quando magari si rincasa a piedi. D'altra parte, essendo adiacente alla stazione, ce il vantaggio di spostarsi agevolmente dappertutto.

Everything was ok. Except that I didn’t get the deposit back, I called and supposedly they told me the deposit was given back the day I left the hotel, but I checked my bank account and it is the date that I don’t see it back. You should work on that. Be very careful with the deposit.
