The facility is good, but they only have coin laundry, not located in a room for free use. However, the area is walking distance to midi station, but the area is quite dodgy, don’t recommend to the travellers who concerns for safety as priority.

The hotel is generally good but it is in a dodge area, not very good for stay long.

A GOOD choice to stay in Brussel ! Location is the brilliant and it's just a few minutes by walking distance from Brussel Midi station and easily to link other international city like as Amsterdam, paris or Frankfurt...., one stop to Brussel Central Station by regional train. Modern design and stuffs are very friendly.Facilities fulfill all needs, internet speed is amazing.

Stylish, nice staff, comfortable mattress and good location nearby Bruxelles Midi station

New hotel offers cozy room. The room is spacious and a small pantry with all utensils. Everything in room is nice and clean. Highly recommend this hotel!

服務人員親切，缺點房間地板有點黏滑，不太乾淨，整體算還行，離南站很近五分鐘左右，不過街上氣氛蠻危險。

since we took Eurostar to Brussels this hotel is close to Midi station. However that area seems not clean and safe, suggest not to stay out late. Single bed is smaller than regular single bed. Price is reasonable.

Very close to the bruxelles-midi station. My Eurostar arrived on 10pm. It's good to have 24hrs reception for us to checkin. Just 5mins walk from the bruxelles-midi station. Quite at night. Full equipment kitchen. Will be back again next time.

This is a good option if you have a late arrival or early departure to/from Bruxelles Midi, as I did; being able to walk to the Eurostar terminal in six minutes is a great advantage. And the room was very comfortable. But aside from the location I booked here for the kitchenette as I like to self cater. But it’s not properly set up for self catering. I can’t comment on the microwave/grill thing because I didn’t try to use it. The hob was fine once I eventually worked out how to use it - an instruction manual would have been very helpful. But the worst thing was the lack of appropriate kitchen tools: the only sharp knife provided was a serrated bread knife, which is useless for cutting meat or vegetables. And a cooking spoon would have been much appreciated. If you’re marketing self catering facilities you really do need to deliver the tools to do the job.

It was good yesterday

I had often heard that the area around Gare du Midi was unsafe and dirty, but I was pleasantly surprised. While some parts just outside the train station weren’t very clean and had a number of homeless people sleeping there, the streets near our hotel as well as the metro and train stations were nice and felt fine. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to the subway, train station, grocery stores, and more. The staff were helpful and friendly, and our room was clean and equipped with everything we needed.

Quite small as a family room with sofa bed, additional bedding in a bag, kitchen has fridge and cooker, very little workspace so could not really do much cooking. Water cooler in reception is excellent.

Quarta impecável, limpo, espaçoso e com camas confortáveis! Banheiro espaçoso, com diversos utensílios! Única ressalva é a região do hotel, um pouco afastada das regiões centrais e um pouco intimidadora a primeira vista (não recomendo andar sozinho no local)

Nice clean simple affordable room to retire to at the end of the day. Close to the train station but still walkable to the old town square.
