La chambre était pas assez bien

Bed was comfy, room was big. It was easy to get to. Unfortunately, that's where the good parts end. It was not sound proof as advertised. Loud horns continously beaping, cars and bike revving, people shouting, fireworks etc from 10pm on Sunday for 2 straight hours. I have no idea why. The hotel said it was football celebrations but this seems excessive. Brussells is the noisiest city I've ever been too, it beats New York Also the sounds of other guests in the hotel, banging, and the corridor lights going on and off (the gap around door meant that the whole room lit up) stopped us sleeping. There is also a thermostat, for controlling the heating that did not work so the room was far too hot our entire 3 night stay. And a green light from the thermostat was so bright we had to stick something over it. The pillows were terrible, and no kettle.

Not far from centre. Can walk, bus or tram. Stop across from hotel v convenient. Accom: Big room. Clean, comfy beds & great shower. Would stay again

Ok place to stay. At least 20 minutes walking from Grand Place. Not very cosy neighbourhood. A little bit noisy from traffic. I really missed carpets on the floor. The grey concrete floor seemed cold and like a cellar floor. There could also have been more lamps/lights. The breakfast was cheap, but only plain croissants and coffee. That's all.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The room very basic and bare. Close to the tram which was the main reason we chose there.

Accueil de qualité, personnel très aimable, checkin et check-up rapides et faciles. Je n'ai pas pris le petit déjeuner. Équipements plus que corrects

Le sol est en béton ni moquette ni revêtement donc il était froid évité de marcher pied nu la télévision impossible de la brancher à une prise

Not a safe area. TV is not working also There is no parking space. Homeless people were running abandoned parking garage with full of pee and toilet paper. Trash all-over on the street. Facility is very outdated. Unfinished interior, toilet was not working, shower was leaking to the room floor

Hôtel situé à côté d’une cité, l’environnement est sale; la chambre n’avait pas les bouteilles d’eau proposées ni des verres. Je les ai demandés mais pas du tout des verres, même en carton. Le robinet de la douche est en mauvais état, j’ai mis du temps à avoir l’eau chaude. Au prix proposé de la chambre j’ai déjà eu beaucoup mieux.

Everything was good but There was a bad smell, and when I followed the smell, it was from the bathroom sink, which smelled like sewage.

Situato in zona semiperiferica, questo hotel ha una reception efficiente, una camera ampia ed un ottimo letto, peroʻ....lampade che non si accendono,prese di corrente non funzionanti, assenza di bicchieri e di cestino per le immondizie....peccato!!!!

Rien a dire sur la propreté de l'hôtel, mais j'ai été déçu par le petit déjeuner, la dernière fois que je suis venue il y a 3 mois le petit déjeuner était plus généreux plus de choix, cette fois ci lait froid (je ne bois pas de café)pas de chocolat en poudre, déçu, là juste le strict minimum. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de parking mais dans l'ensemble ça à été

Funcionário foi atencioso quando solicitado. Porém o chuveiro é péssimo. Água não esquenta, dos 4 dias que ficamos, em 3 tomamos banho com agua gelada. Trocaram nos de quarto e o problema persistiu. Acrediro que seja algum problema estrutural no prédio, que não da conta de aquecer todos.
