Great stay at the Cardo. Fab suite, great breakfast, lots of choice. Spotlessly clean. Great service. The roof top pool is fab. You have to book a slot but it works well because it’s not over crowded.

The hotel was gorgeous, the room was very spacious and really beautifully designed. It was convenient for walking into town and right next to the metro station too. The staff were all very kind and polite, as well. The one problem was the shower drain.y partner took a shower when we arrived and it overflowed immediately. He didn't notice right away and the whole bathroom flooded in just a minute or two. It was crazy, like biblical flooding. We cleaned it up and asked reception if someone could come check it out - they brought us new towels but nobody unclogged the drain so it kept overflowing each time we showered. I had to pause the water every few minutes to let it drain away or risk it flooding the room again. It didn't bother us too much but it was kind of a pain. But, regardless we still had a lovely time and I can't fault anything else about the place! It was a truly lovely visit and the room was very comfortable!

The hotel check in waa straightforward, however we were bot told the check out time and had to check this a day before. Also the room was not ready and the staff member sent us up, whilst housekeeping was still cleaning. She was very apologetic, but was not her fault. Overall apart from this the stay was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Parking lot situation is horrible!!!!!!!!!!! Please update the parking lot information, drove around the Hotel many times, after checked in, we were informed that we had to park at Hotel Indigo and cross across the whole plaza. We ended up parking at the Main Parking lot and dragged our luggage to the Hotel. Bar staff are amazing, specially Antonio!!! Hotel rooms are beautiful!!!!

It was incredible and so special. The hotel is beautiful so luxurious. We were in awe and love our experience. The room is spacious and lovely. Beautiful view and the technology in the room is fabulous.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, we booked the room with the bathtub. When booked I contacted hotel to discuss some arrangements for Valentine’s Day and to surprise my girlfriend. They gave me a choice of ordering flowers from a florist and they’ll put in room before arrival. And they gave me a choice of making us a cake and a special card which I could get them to write anything inside. Which i was excited about (cost was €50) for the cake and card. When we arrived only the flower was in the room so I ended up going down to reception to speak with a manager while my girlfriend unpacks and while I was talking to receptionist my girlfriend messaged me saying a man walked into room with a cake.(He did apologise to her and said he didn’t know she was there and said happy birthday to her when it was meant to be for Valentine’s Day found it funny to be honest. But still no sign of card and surprise was a bit ruined. After having a shower in the room the room telephone rang and it was someone from reception saying that he’s going to come up to room and he’s got a gift for me. And also asked me twice if I’ve got cutlery in the room. In complete honesty I thought they might’ve been sending something else as an apology for the mess up earlier on. But exactly 2 hours after checking in to hotel got a knock at the door and it was the card delivered was a little late and what makes it worse is they had only written half of what I emailed them to write. Parking is a mess

Nice hotel and great location. A few issues at the hotel, lack of information in the room to use all the tech, no real concierge available and very expensive bar. But close to Rogier metro station and 20 mins walking distance to the Grand Place.

This was a great hotel but slightly too tech! It was impossible to cool the room even when a member of staff came to help. Turning the TV on and off was also a mission! Would stay again but please sort the air con!

Perfect stay, i absolutely loved every minute of my stay. I cannot wait to come back. Ive never stayed somewhere that has made me feel like a princess. Its gorgeous, the staff are amazing and the room is spacious and the views are incredible.

This the most modern, beautifully designed and and artistic hotels I’ve ever stayed at! Great location, in the center of town, next to a train station. Comfortable beds, all the amenities. Restaurants, gym and pool are amazing, as well as the customer service. If you love modern art, you will love this hotel. We will definitely stay here again!
