we arrived at 11pm at night there are two girls in the front desk one of them is the worst service I ever seen. please tell the manager I will never go back this hotel again. thanks to read this message.

Minha estadia no hotel foi incrível. Começando pela recepção com funcionários sempre disponíveis e prestativos. Quarto confortável e muito bem equipado.Café da manhã era incrível com muitas opçôes e de qualidade... uma delícia.

Amazing place to stay

Staff very friendly and professional Good menu for evening and lunch meals Breakfast options okay- but the scrumbed eggs… dry with water… probably from steam. Otherwise all good, cleaning done well too

Staff attitude front desk terrible attitude that is the only reason I am giving 1 star They should not be working at a service desk their demeanor w my entire fam was the worst ever BEWARE . Hopefully the morning staff gets changed

Clean room and good amenities. However the water temperature for the shower only went up to like warm. Staff friendly and breakfast selection was decent. Decently priced also.

Staff where fantastic, clean and vibrant

Beetje warm in het hotel in November. Airco was lastig..

The breakfast options was ok to good. Location was good. Parking was great, gym was adequate. The friendliness of the staff was great. Facility was a little dated but good

La stanza era bella ma 1 giorno si sono dimenticati di rifarla, che su due fa il 50% delle volte, colazione buona, invece cena di cui abbiamo usufruito 2 volte perché l'albergo è fuori dalle zone più frequentate ( 1 ora di bus ) risulta scomodo per uscire alla sera . aveva pochi piatti per buonta parte non disponibili. Il servizio navetta areoporto non si riferisce all' areoporto di Bruxelles sud , il market per l'acqua interno non era regolarmente rifornito... Già al secondo giorno è mancata l'acqua naturale, non ripristinata. L' albergo è una bella struttura, gestita male, non molto preparata per clienti con celiachia.internet a pagamento

Breakfast was very good. Rich, healthy food available, fresh. But the service lady was nice to some people and not to others. If you can't be nice to all, just do something else. Same for a young lady at the reception on monday morning if I remember well - she had "direct" and unpleasant answers before even checking your room number. Because after she did, she realised she was wrong. Again, do backoffice stuff if you can't be nice to guests at the reception. The rooms are very nice but: electricity sockets are missing close to bed - common, this is basics in todays laptops/mobile phones!!! The fridge was not working, and the new shower heads to save water - so now instead of 5 minutes shower, it takes at least double the time and it is annoying.... water savings?? A nice word about the man cleaning the rooms - he was nice and supportive when I asked him dor some refill of coffee; the room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant to stay, but A/C was not workinv well so check it please.
