Very nice hotel, good location. Very good homemade breakfast. All the stuffs are so kind and nice. Highly recommend.

The hotel was ok, it was in a good location and handy to have car parking. Unfortunately during our stay the hotel stunk! There was constantly a smell of what I think was stagnant water, maybe they had issues with a drain somewhere.

Room was super clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, great location to all the sights of Bruge, walking distance away.

We stayed for three nights at the Golden Tree Hotel in Bruges and truly enjoyed the charm of this historic property. The room had an old-world character that felt cozy and inviting. The bed and carpet were very comfortable, and the lamps added a lovely touch of homeliness. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay, keeping everything clean and tidy. The only issues we noticed were that the bathtub tended to clog frequently, and it would have been nice to have a hanger near the mirror for towels, as well as a proper spot to place our luggage. Breakfast was excellent — served in a dining room that looks like a small palace, with crystal chandeliers and elegant vintage furniture. The hotel is about a 13-minute walk from the Old Town Square, making it convenient yet peaceful. A special mention to the night staff — she was amazing! Though we didn’t catch her name, she went out of her way to share local tips, restaurant recommendations, and even provided us with a city map. Unfortunately, our interaction with another male staff member was disappointing; he was quite rude to my spouse, who had only asked about the location of the steam room. His attitude really contrasted with the otherwise warm hospitality we experienced. Overall, despite a few hiccups, the Golden Tree Hotel offered a charming and memorable stay in beautiful Bruges.

Prima hotel en vriendelijk personeel. Ik had zelf een kamer aan een drukke weg. Op zich sliep ik er redelijk doorheen. Daarnaast is het een mooi, oud gebouw. Hierdoor hoor je wel wat omgevingsgeluid van gasten (lopen, het zingen in de douche). Voor mij geen probleem verder. Goed bed en goede airco. Bed werd zelfs extra verschoond, dus helemaal top! Mooie badkamer verder en ruime douche!

Amazing breakfast and very calm atmosphere. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the car park was full but staff showed us where the public car park was which was very close to the hotel and cheap. Everything was walkable from the hotel.

very small room, one side of the bed might as well be touching the wall but it was comfortable at least. not a lot of space for 2 people to spread out with suitcases. there was a walk-in shower but it was very tight. the location is good, maybe a few blocks from the edge of town and near a lot of restaurants. this is more of a boutique hotel.

The place is beautiful and has a great overall aesthetic . Their buffet breakfast is wonderful !

Beautiful boutique hotel. The only thing i'd wish was different was a thinner pillow. The location is great, we can walk everywhere in Bruges. Parking is available onsite for a fee. Breakfast has gluten free bread.

We stayed for 3 nights, the room was immaculate, big and everything to make our stay comfortable. The staff are very friendly, the location of the hotel is great, walkable from the train station, very easy access to the centre of Bruges

Great stay

A fantastic stay - only complaint is that we noticed many ants inside the room by the door as we were leaving to check out. Note: the lovers room doesn’t have a shower, only a bath which was fine for a couple night stay, not more

A very good hotel with a great location, easily a 5 min walk into the centre. Great value for money and would recommend.
