Amazing stay here at this fantastic hotel. The staff are so helpful and friendly and the hotel is beautifully decorated. Lovely swimming pool and great facilities. We will definitely be returning here if we visit Bruge again

Very good location, 10 minutes walk from the main square. Huge 24/7 car park close by. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and a nice pool too. Only negative is the price of breakfast where it is cheaper to eat out, in an expensive city. Would recommend.

Super locatie op loop afstand van het centrum (met parkeergarage het zand op een steenworp afstand). Nette, ruime kamers. Super goed matras. Enige minpuntje was dat het ietwat stoffig was op sommige plekjes. Ontbijt was echt fantastisch. Veel en lekker. Het personeel is super vriendelijk, vrolijk en attent!

El lugar nos encantó, tal vez no sea el más cercano al centro pero a pie estás a 10 minutos de la gran plaza, la recámara muy limpia con una cama muy cómoda, también la alberca está en excelentes condiciones y el desayuno muy completo!

What a fabulous hotel! We loved it! Excellent friendly and knowledgeable staff who were ever-present but not intrusive. Really made us feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and very high quality. Lovely pool. Great bar. Hotel was spotlessly clean but retained character. Our family room was gorgeous!! We will definitely be back as soon as we can!!

Nice hotel with good facilities and friendly staff.

The hotel is decent and as expected. The pool was better than I expected. They put us in a very cold room and it was situated near the parking lot so I would have liked a better location of the room. Room was smaller than expected. Not sure if other rooms are bigger but I felt short changed on the actual room. The location of the hotel is outside of the main tourist area but that’s not a negative. Bruges is very small and walkable. Staff was courteous and professional.

Had a relaxing one night stay in a triple room. Staff welcoming, comfortable room and beds, pool. Delicious breakfast. We parked in the underground car park close by

Grand Hotel Normandy is located on a large street in Brugge, fairly close to the Brugge Convention Center (BMCC). It is an old hotel with dated rooms and facilities. The room smells old as soon as you enter. Ours had a pillar in the middle of the room and an old squeaky cupboard that barely held together. The small safety cabinet located inside it could not accommodate a laptop and was not fastened in place. The room was clean with a very large bed and an excellent mattress. I prefer a hard mattress while my wife a softer one; this mattress somehow worked for both of us! The room came with a modern spacious bathroom. Oddly, the small sink was placed right under a large shelf; you either hit your head or you did not use the sink. Room service was spotty. The reception staff was absolutely amazing, all smiles and very helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a wide selection of items that should satisfy any taste and need. The pool was very nice and clean. Overall, this hotel was not worth the money.

The hotel was one of the best I've stayed at! It was a 5-10 minute walk from all of the restaurants and attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side but it had all of the amenties we needed. I would definitely recommend the Grand Normandy Hotel.
