Had a great stay. The room was comfortable and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was top notch

The view from the our hotel room on the 7th floor was exceptional. Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful. Its location was perfect for what we wanted to see. It was walking distance to everything. I was hoping for a gym but they didn’t have one so to compromise if your looking for a good workout I suggest doing a few sets of the 9 floor stair well. It served me well:)

Left my Sony camera, I called two times to the receptionist, but no sign of it. I requested to check the security cameras at the lobby and breakfast area for friday 18, 7am to 8am, but did not get any answer if the video was checked or not.

A very comfortable stay, my room at the back of the hotel has everything needed, although a bit noisy with construction work
I arrived by coach from Charleroi airport, the coach station is ideally situated less than 100 meters from the hotel.

It was an oasis of calm in a chaotic area. Antwerp is amazing but can be overwhelming. This chain hotel provided top of the line service in every aspect, and I would choose it again. Great staff, fantastic breakfast options, good linens on a comfy bed.

Great service and comfort at hthe Holiday Inn Express. The free breakfast was very convenient. Location is a little walk from the centre but is convenient for the train station and there re many shops around. Would definitely reccommend and would stay again.
