Convenient location. Very good breakfast. Front desk helpful. Downside: room has no frige or safe, beds too small, room service inadequate.

這是一個對停車而言很恐怖的飯店，洗衣人員佔據車道裝載貨物，沒有任何的警告標示及人員指揮，面對異常狹窄的車道，如果你是個初次到來的客人，將是個非常恐怖的經驗，你可能會刮傷你的愛車，極度不建議開車的朋友入住。 另外，飯店並不能準時在下午三點入住，我的經驗是，直到晚上六點之後才能進入房間，因為飯店的床單短缺，所以並不能準時入住。還有，飯店並不像他們所介紹的那樣，在前一個客人入住之後的24小時後才接待下一組客人，在疫情期間，這是非常恐怖的事情，真的是非常不推薦的飯店。

The hotel was in a good location and very convenient to walk to the main area of Brussels. The only concern I had with the hotel was the strange smell in my rooms. It could be the humidity or the AC, but the smell bothered me throughout my 2 night stay. Though the staff tried their best to help me and resolve, unfortunately the smell was still there.

The hotel is very good to access the nicer parts of Brussels quickly. However the hotel is on a corner very close the apartments opposite which was the view that we had from our room. The area was very noisy although that is not the fault of the hotel. The room itself was ok, there were stains on the carpets of our room but the room was clean. The beds were awful. We had two single beds and both of us did not sleep well at all, very soft and when you turned over it felt like you would roll off the bed. We had booked for 4 nights but left after 3. The hotel staff dealt with us satisfactorily but we didn't really ask anything or raise our issues with them.

Breakfast was good. Accomodation was alright. Property doesnt have restaurant but hotel is surrounded by good eating places.

It was an excellent ser ice and pleasant stay. Breakfast was amazing. I will definitely use this hotel again and recommend it to my friends.

Very friendly and multi lingual staff. Checking in and out was quick and seamless. Breakfast included with range of hot and cold selections. Would reccommend the property and staff

Very nice hotel. Well located, not too far and not too close as Brussels can be very busy. Included breakfast was perfect. Small but very nice and clean rooms.

Loved it! Room was fab, location spot on. Walking distance to everything including all attractions and travel networks. Wonderful and helpful staff. Super clean - Would stay again!
