The breakfast is so-so with very few choices of food. The location is convenient but quiet at night for a good sleep. The bed was comfortable and A/C is good and not too dry. However, the toilet is separate from the wash basin, so, a little bit inconvenient and non-hygenic. The phone inside the room was not yet connected, so, impossible to call room service or reception. There was an ipad in the room for leaving comment and other information, but we left comment to request for body lotion and no response was heard. I also emailed the hotel in advance that we would be celebrating our first wedding anniversary during our stay but no email response was received nor special arrangment was made and I don’t think the receptionist was noticed about that.

A very comfortable and clean room, with a couple of chairs and a small table. Convenient to the old town, and a great launching place to explore the city. Easy walk (about 20 mins) from the train station. As with many old buildings, there is noise transfer from other rooms, however it was very minimal and people seemed to be very respectful of others. Check in was smooth, and baggage storage was convenient also.

Best thing about hotel was the location. Room was tired, towels were fraying, too much furniture in room. Bar area was relaxed, staff were pleasant. We did feel the hotel was 4 star at all.

The room was lovely and beautifully decorated. We were able to check in early which was very accommodating. The breakfast was very nice. The hotel was off the busy streets but close enough to shop and dine. We thought it a great place to stay and it was very reasonable

A great little boutique hotel in an ideal location. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had nice quality ingredients. I would definitely recommend for a stay in Lyon

Location was great! Rooms 5, 6 and 7 were right on the street and incredibly noisy. Breakfast was expensive.

We enjoyed the location of this hotel and the service. The gentleman that worked in the breakfast area every morning was so helpful and kind. He also did many other things at the hotel as well. He always had a smile on his face and wanted to please. He is a great asset to your hotel!

Very clean and comfortable stay. Great location near tons of restaurants and walking distance from Bruges historic sites.

What a shame .. when we first arrived we was really impressed with the Acacia Hotel, however, during our time there, the luxury was diminished by the unfriendly attitude of two slightly older men on Reception, both of whom had a rude and stand offish attitude. The corridor outside our room smelt unpleasant, there was dirt and stained grout in the bathroom, a shockingly dirty bathroom bin (see photos), an unpleasant smell coming from the air conditioning unit in the room, a towel with a hole in it, yellow stains on one of the duvet covers, and when we flushed the toilet, water consistently spilled out all over the floor. One of the men on Reception left me standing at the bar for nearly 20 minutes and when I asked for his help, you would think I had asked him for a kidney! It's a shame that all the customer facing staff weren't as nice and as helpful as the member of staff at breakfast, who was great. In short, a grand piano looks great in the front of the hotel but it does nothing to hide bad attitudes or poor cleanliness.

I don't like the location. ist was not clean and it urgent need a refreshing.
