I request a higher floor , and hotel staff can also help us to bring the luggage to 1st floor for the lift. They are helpful .

Great location, great reception staff.

The hotel is close to the Central Station and the Grand Place. Although there’s some stairs to get the small lift on the first floor, the staff helped us to take the luggage. Receptionist was nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

飯店位置距離各景點都很近，步行即可到達。飯店服務員EVA小姐非常的棒。

家庭房型附有二小床的閣樓，適合帶小朋友住，離車站及廣埸都非常近，附近餐廳、商店林立，非常方便。只可惜晚上開窗會很吵，且無電梯空調（但附電扇），夏天住宿不開窗會有點悶。

地點十分優秀，房間寬敞，入住時人員服務親切。缺點有三，1.無電梯+樓梯窄小又有旋轉樓梯，對大行李非常不友善。2.房內無空調設置只有一隻電風扇，入住頂樓非常悶熱建議夏天勿試。3.屋齡不小空氣不流通，房內木材味道很重。房價雖說是大廣場區平價選擇，但比起非市中心貴出不少，cp值不高，下次會選擇其他區入住

It is close to train station. Room is clean and staffs are nice. Everything is fine except the elevator is on the 1st floor.

The hotel is very near to the Brussels Central station and a number of tourist spots like the grand plaza. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The hotel staff is helpful, e.g. our request to replace a kettle was promptly entertained. Overall we are satisfied with our stay here.

1、酒店舒適 2、櫃檯職員服務非常好，態度好 3、房間舒適、整潔、漂亮 4、位置優越，前往大廣場 2 分鐘 5、樓下就是食店︰薯條、比利時格仔餅……好味 6、唯一缺點︰房間外就是廣場，遊人聚集飲酒、大聲喧嘩直至 2am，早上 6am 已有垃圾車、洗街車在外長時間操作，聲浪之大，根本不用 Alarm……（夏天不開窗會局死，因為沒有冷氣，只有暖氣）

With extremely good location, nearby Central Station, walking distance to all important places that all tourists must visit. The most impressive is the very good check-in services. All the staff we met in this Hotel are helpful and friendly.

地點很棒離中央車站走路約三分鐘，購物飲食都很方便。房間不大但很新也很乾淨，床軟蠻舒適。 沒熱水壺（櫃臺也沒得借），房間的杯子是塑膠杯不是玻璃杯有點不環保，沒電梯但接待人員會幫忙把行李抬上樓（下樓自己抬），房門可能是設計不良關門聲非常大，半夜偶爾會被其它房關門聲驚醒。 有天要出門時櫃臺打上來說讓人進來更換電視約兩分鐘是否可以，最後卻弄了十幾分鐘有點扣分。 整體評價仍推薦。

The personal was very good

Hotel is in a great location, right at heart of Brussels, there is public parking close by, EUR 28 per night. The receptionist is very good. Couple of things: we got 2 rooms and it was on 4th floor, the spiral steps 3rd-4th floors (no elevator) are very steep and challenging to handle luggage but the receptionist offered to help. 4th floor is top floor and it was very hot, fan did some help but not enough, they should serious consider to provide some cooling on top floor.

The location of the hotel is great, being central to the city makes accessing local areas and the metro system great. However it comes with all the noise and constant distraction through the night. The hotel rooms were acceptable, however both of the rooms we rented had reduced headroom in the main room and bathroom as well as the mezzanine. Bottled water and fans were complimentary but very dusty as was the room in general. Also, with no fridge it was impossible to keep anything cool.
