Un séjour qui m'a plu par l'accueil, la chambre avec une grande salle de bain et une bonne literie, concernant la restauration on est formidablement bien situé ainsi d'ailleurs que pour circuler à Bruxelles, on a accès à tout très facilement.

Un hôtel plus que minimaliste . Aucun service , Un accueil réduit au strict minimum . La chambre n’était pas du tout climatisée , alors qu’il faisait très chaud . Seule option , ouvrir les poètes fenêtres qui donnent en face d’un tunnel souterrain , donc il faut choisir entre le calme ou respirer . Ma télé ne fonctionnait pas . J’aurai aimé pouvoir en profiter le soir en rentrant . On ne s’y retrouve pas du tout niveau qualité prix . Très décevant Merci au gentil réceptionniste qui a accepté de me laisser la chambre une heure de plus .

Quartos ok, atendimento pessimo! O elevador nao funciona e ficamos no quarto andar, presenciamos uma discussão na recepção sobre um possivel furto dentro do quarto enquanto o pessoal estava na rua, e a recepção nao estava colaborando! Nao recomendo a estadia se forem em casal ou familia!

O Hotel Derby é muito bem localizado, próximo ao lindo Parque do Centenário, ao lado da estação de metrô Mérode e rm frente a um ponto de ônibus. Oferece café da manhã razoável ao custo de €10 por dia/pessoa. Nosso quarto tinha um espaço razoável com 3 camas de solteiro confortáveis, piso em carpete e armários e duas cadeiras. O ponto mais negativo foi o banheiro, sem ganchos para pendurar roupas e toalhas úmidas, com um espaço para banho muito apertado e inseguro, totalmente inadequado para idosos e obesos. Por vezes as toalhas eram furadas e ásperas. O elevador é bem pequeno não cabe um cadeirante.

the wifi on the 5 floor cuts in and out all the time and is slow or fails to load when it drops out. makes it very hard and time consuming, makes it hard to book transportation on the internet. the wifi on first floor works well and is faster.

Huone oli nuhjuinen, kylpyhuoneen katossa hometta, lamppuja roikkui johtojensa varassa ja ovenkahva oli kylppärissä irti. Huoneessa ei ollut mitään naulakoita pyyhkeille. Aamupala oli ok, sillä pärjäsi.

Is don’t recommend it

Hotel ist ok, aber die Straße davor ist viel gefahren und laut. Morgens gibt's mal warmes Wasser, mal wieder nicht, es ist halt eine Glückssache.

フロントスタッフはどの人もすごく優しかった。 フロントは恐ろしく狭いけど、特に問題はなかった。 冷蔵庫やお皿等はないから外食中心の人向け。近くにスーパーやレストラン、軽食をとれるところは多くある。 シャワーは問題なく使えて水圧もよかったけど、シャワーの向きが下を向かずラックにかけるとシャワーが当たらなくなった。 ベットはダニを心配したけど、数日間問題なく過ごせた。暑がりなため冷房がないのが心配だったけど、夜は過ごしやすくて全く困らなかった。 夜もすごく静かだった寝れたらいい人向け。地下鉄は8番出口が1番近い。

Not recommended for families. Very much a hostel-like environment and rooms.

Perfect location for touring. Metro station also very close breakfast was good with boiled eggs, cheese meats bread yogurt etc. not just pastries.

When I booked this hotel - which showed as an 8 out of 10 and had multiple outstanding ratings, I was pleased with the location and proximity to the metro and the vastly lesser price compared to a place in old town - where we planned to be for most of our visit. However when we arrived it felt like we were shoved in a dirty shoebox. The room looks like what was previously a bedroom that they shoved two more doors into to accommodate a bathroom and WC. The shower leaked and was VERY poorly cleaned. All of the furnishings were bottom dollar, including the towels that are obviously sourced from another hotel (because they have another hotels name on them). There was also no option to refuse housekeeping service, and the 8€+ breakfast was disappointing. A couple of pastries, bad coffee and some salami and cheese.

Chambre propre et grande. Dommage qu'il y ait un changement des serviettes de toilettes tous les jours, cela n'est pas très écolo et totalement inutile

Buena ubicación en una zona excelente de Bruselas. El hotel ya es viejo y necesita con urgencia una remodelación.
