Easy central location to Midi and attractions

The hotel was clean, secured, and quiet with friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned everyday. Only wish there were more space to hang clothes and more shelves to put stuff on. Easy walking distance to Grand Place and Midi Station.

Close to the city and close to MIDI, just what we needed.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable! Close walking distance to great restaurants and tourist attractions, very kind and helpful staff throughout my stay!

Stayed for 2 nights and it was wonderful. Everyone was really friendly, we were able to store our bags after check out due to late train departure. Would definitely book again and recommend.

Central spot for places I needed to get to for this trip - felt safe getting back at night - staff pleasant and helpful - did not need to use bar as was visiting friends but maybe another time would be keen to check out

Good breakfast, good safe hotel, very industrial modern look inside the rooms. Good pretty rooms, the zone was not great, but not bad either.

The reception lady is so nice and friendly, allows me to check in at around 2pm. Booked a single room(shoebox), my room located on the top floor. You have to tap your room card to access the lift and stairs which makes me feeling safe. Lift is a bit small but enough for 2 person with luggage. After stepped out the lift I saw my room is literally located next to the lift, was a bit worry about the noise from others but I was wrong. Thanks for the design of double door I didn’t even hear ANY noise in my 3 nights stay, either from the window. The room size is fit for single traveler and got everything. The best point of the room is the DAIKIN AC, that’s my favorite!!! You can use the panel to adjust the room temperature and it really works well!!! Did have a good sleep every night!!! They are using NUXE product for hand washing and shower, nice one. The water pressure is good and water temperature is stable. Hair dryer’s brand is Babyliss. Check out time is 12noon when is really good! The only thing is your foot may get wet if you want to access to the little sink after shower because of the design. Bed linen is not very clean. Toilet room is a bit small. Location is a bit far from city centre but it locates in a safe area. To conclude I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and definitely will come back.

Great stay. Immediate area is nice. A few minutes walk to the center, and not far from the train station. Valentina at the front desk is amazing, grazie!

Ok and accessible

Location was great, room was as expected. Breakfast was just OK--could have had a bit more variety, and I was very disappointed that no tea was available, as I don't drink coffee and all they had was coffee or some chicory drink. The front desk staff was hit or miss--one friendly guy and another somewhat surly guy.

About a 15 min walk to the Central train station. Walkable and easy.

Great stay! Easy walk to city center and see all of the must see locations.

Loved the hotel warm and trendy close to metro and walking distances to centre beautiful view would recommend it to anyone breakfast basic and casual but tasty staff very friendly
