The staff were rude, the night shift staff came to our room accusing us of making noise and having a party. Saying that another customer had accused us of making noise. This wasn’t true, I was in room with my partner just talking. Also I paid for €15 for late checkout, but the cleaners came straight into the room without knocking, very disappointing.

The building and setup felt old and a little run down, but it’s very clean and staff are very friendly. Great little coffee shop next door for breakfast instead.

Great central location. Our room was lovely, large and modern. 15 minutes walk from Louise Metro station. Tram stop outside hotel. Would definitely visit again.

Et lite, men veldig hyggelig hotell med flott service. Rommet var ikke klart da jeg sjekket inn kl 16.35, men det ble umiddelbart klargjort og vasket da jeg sa ifra. Resepsjonisten beklaget to dager på rad og ga meg gratis drikkevann som plaster på såret. Hotellet har en sentral plassering langs Louise Boulevard, og selv om rommet mitt lå ut mot gaten var det lite støy. Jeg besilte et lite enkeltrom, men fikk et stort dobbeltrom for samme pris. Selve rommet var enkelt, med komfortabel seng. Badet var nytt og så nyoppusset ut, med lekre fliser på golv og vegger. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake til Hotel Louise.

Great stay in Brussels.

I had the displeasure to recently stay at this hotel and I can say that it was a huge mistake. My room was filled with the smell of rot and dampness coming from the bathroom, which is minuscule and in bad shape. The lift only arrives to the 9th floor while my room was on the 10th, which forced me to climb two very steep and dangerous flight of stairs, with tall and extremely narrow steps. Cleanness and maintenance were clearly lacking, the smell unbearable and the lack of safety is unacceptable. I cannot believe a hotel these days can be handled in such a way. We were forced to change our accommodation and of course the management did not reimburse anything, which given the conditions of the room is shameful. Even the hotels.com platform through which we reserved was not helpful and supportive at all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It requires a complete renovation and overhaul of management. I hope they take seriously the reviews by their customers and make the necessary improvements. And I hope this review can be a helpful warning for anyone who is considering staying at this hotel.

Great place to rest , very clean and the staff is amazing

It was 32 C super hot and when I checked in they didn’t bother to tell me the AC was broken. They said it was going to take a few weeks to repair it. When I realized there was no AC I asked for a refund as it was unbearable to stay there. They said they couldn’t because I had book it e we ohh Expedia. Do I had to pay for another hotel. They never apologized even once.
