Beautiful cozy space. Loved the canal view. Breakfast was fantastic and the service was fantastic! Don’t miss the art either… Matisse, Klimt, Chegal!!

Beautiful hotel. Canal room was clean with an amazing view of the canal. Windows open to let in fresh air and to peek out. Bathroom is good size. Friendly staff. Private terrace. Not many tables but they are reserved for hotel guests. The main entrance is tucked in almost a secret alley so you aren't disturbed by the hustle and bustle of the main street. Very close to Belfort tower, canal boats and the main market square. Not to mention there is a brewery just across the street!

Excellent hotel! location fantastic, easy to find, walkable, room lighting fantastic, bed/pillows extremely comfortable! The staff was so amazing, accommodating, amazing restaurant recommendations & made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel. Canal room was clean with an amazing view of the canal. Windows open to let in fresh air and to peek out. Bathroom is good size. Friendly staff. Private terrace. Wonderful location in the most photographed region of Brugge. Lovely staff. Beds were hard, could use upgrades on their linens for the price of this hotel. Showers were not very hot. Breakfast was good.

Bruges is a fairytale and this hotel is a fairytale in the fairytale. It is a gorgeous jewel box boutique hotel that was worth every penny. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bruges.

What a stunning hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you would expect. Plentiful toiletries, bottled water, mini fridge, safe, hairdryer and complimentary tea and coffee delivered to your room any time you want. Along with this, the very best part of this hotel was the amazing staff. Professional and friendly and always pleased to help with anything. I can’t wait to go back!

Or hotel room was wonderful, but what stood out the most about this hotel was how helpful the staff was. My husband has an emergency and the staff was able to help us by ordering us a taxi and providing the info to the driver where we needed to go. Overall during our stay they provided lots of helpful information that made our time in Bruges wonderful! You should definitely stay at this hotel if you want to be cared for.
