Staff were very welcoming. Room was amazing. It was on the 5th floor so had amazing views. Air conditioning was a bonus as it was 29/30 degrees outside. Very clean and toiletries supplied with towels and slippers. Breakfast was included too which was delicious and luggage storage on day of departure. All round great experience.

La habitación es grande pero con muy mala distribución, además de que hacía falta donde poner nuestras cosas. El agua de la regadera se iba hacia todos lados del cuarto, lo reportamos pero no lo resolvieron, puesto que al día siguiente sucedió lo mismo.

Einige für ein Hotelzimmer selbstverständliche Ausstattungen wie z.B. Becher oder Gläser im Lavabo, Handtuchhalter, Schrank oder Regal für die Kleiderablage etc. fehlten. Der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft; die Dusche hatte keine Tür, sodass das Wasser in den Raum lief. Der Spiegel im Bad war viel zu weit oben montiert.

Séjour globalement très agréable. Toutefois, ma chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure avec une fenêtre face à un escalier de secours, ce qui limitait totalement l'accès à la lumière naturelle. De plus, le personnel d'entretien a retiré la deuxième carte (et l'a conservé) que j'avais laissée pour maintenir l'électricité active, ce qui était nécessaire pour faire fonctionner la ventilation dans une chambre assez humide et sans ouverture vers l'extérieur.

L'hotel est en centre ville trés pratique pour visiter à pieds. Le petit dejeuner est parfait. Seuls quelques reparations de portes dans les parties communes restent le bémole.

I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. My room is small and basic but I have the best view of the park and city. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is great, it just takes a while to warm up. Decor is very simple and cute. Breakfast is basic. Location is not far from the center.
