The service is good but the location is not very adequate. It's too dark and there are theives nearby. It's better to watch your bags.

Awesome acomodation, great staff, location and overall the stay.

Hyggeligt hotel

Sijainti oli rauhallinen, vaikkakin keskeinen. Hotellihuone oli tilava ja mukava ja jos sää olisi sallinut, oma kattoterassi olisi ollut ihan huippu!

Fint och trivsamt hotell en bit utanför centrum. Nytt och fräscht men en toadörr i glas precis intill sängen som varken går att stänga ordentligt eller låsa är pinsamt dåligt.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkhäuser in der Nähe auch wenn man direkt im Hotel nicht parken kann. Schön Aufenthaltsraum im Empfangsbereich.

Inside the hotel everything was great! Friendly and helpful staff, clean, comfortable. We walked most of the time and area around the hotel is not the best in Brussels - safe, but not very clean.

I just feel very comfortable in this hotel Nordic style suits me well. Staff at the reception are always efficient and friendly. This time did not have breakfast as could not justify the cost £27. But there are lovely places nearby for tea and fantastic sourdough crispy sandwich nearly third of the price. That reminds me only thing is just coffee machine in the room. I need 3 mugs of tea in the mornings but being scandi coffee is norm. I still love the place and location useful as well as choice of places to eat. Bed soft but comfortable. I don’t think air conditioning in the room but able open the window which is less likely in many hotels nowadays. Will be back next time if coming to Brussels.

J’ai offert le séjour à mon fils et son amie en choisissant une chambre cosy. Lorsqu’ils sont arrivés ils ont eu une chambre standard et lorsque mon fils a posé la question à l’accueil on lui a répondu que malheureusement l’hôtel était complet. De plus aucun dédommagement n’a été proposé. Dommage … sinon l’hôtel paraissait plutôt bien mais nous n’y retournerons plus …

Wonderful staff

Great place to stay.

The staff was helpful in check in and the entrance looked clean and fresh. The room was quiet, clean and large enough for us. The breakfast was included our reservation and we found it well. The distance of the hotel to center was a bit far but you could go anywhere by walking. The arrival of airport was not easy you should go to tram with 8 minutes walking distance and get the flibco. They wanted from us city tax but we were not sure about the payment which might be paid by hotels.com. But generally we were satisfied from our hotel experience.
