各方面都不错，就是房间没有冷气

Great breakfast, friendly staff, no air con but good fan. Very central to sites and a variety of restaurants.

I was extremely upset, I booked this place specifically because it said they had air-conditioning. The room we checked into had no air-conditioning, i paid more to have this.

日本の夏場に比べてかなり過ごしやすいが、エアコンが無いため少し暑く感じる時も。 ブリュッセルのど真ん中にあるため便利はかなりいい。 タオルなどはあるものの、シャンプーのみだったのでアメニティは持参したほうがいいです。

　部屋にエアコンが無かった。扇風機があったが全然寝れなかった。テレビが滞在二日目から映らなくなった。

グランプラスに近くロケーションよい。早朝は、周辺があまり治安良くなさそう。 タオルも基本気を使って変えてくれた。バスルームは、広くバスタブあり。水圧や温度もよかった。部屋は、狭いが使い勝手は良かった。 残念なのは、朝の食事対応。朝早くに出かけるので、パンだけでもとお願いしたが無理でした。 朝食は、種類が多く、たいへんおいしかったです。その分、残念でした。

El personal es muy paciente y muy comprensible. Yo no entendía como era el funcionamiento del estacionamiento y me ayudaron paso por paso. Muy amables. El desayuno muy bien

Perfect location and walking distance to everywhere including metro. We had to wait for almost 7hr to check in and was not fun after 11hr in flight, 3hr at airport and 1hr drive from airport. Even though email was sent for early check in but no room was available and had to wait which messed our jet lag and lost one day.

Spacious rooms, very well situated.

Good location and nice gentleman at desk. Don’t like the calcified shower head and human hair in the bath tub from the previous people.

Télévision ne fonctionne pas, toilette part mal et douche très médiocre ( aucun jet, c’est un filet d’eau)

Great location. Cute boutique hotel. The pics are a little misleading. It looks like it’s in a grand palace but the hotel part is small but the room was actually great.

The hotel is in a great location and within easy walking distance to anywhere. The check-in was not ideal as I stood at the reception desk and there was a man behind the desk but not directly at the desk who saw me but continued eating and didn’t bother to come out and help. It was not something I had experienced before. He eventually checked me in.

Very good location is the only positive feedback I can give. Mould all around in the bathroom. Very low water pressure,dificult to flash toilet and waiting for hot water to come at least 5 minutes. Absolutely needs to be renovated . Very noisy guests,having party in the rooms and we couldn't sleep all 3 nights.

We only stayed one night in Brussels, but this area is party central. Due to a cancelled train, we arrived at 11:30 pm…nine hours later than expected. Our hotel room was ready for us and check-in went smoothly. The desk worker was very good. The room was on the top floor and in the back of the building. The skylight was open, but I could not hear the sound from the street in front. With the skylight and the blinds closed, it was DARK in the room, even in the morning. Decor was fairly dated, and some of the upgraded luxury items, especially in the bathroom, were in need of repair. The twin bed for our daughter was terribly uncomfortable, but the queen bed was fine. The hotel desk worker in the morning was very helpful and held our bags literally all day while we toured the city. Very thankful for their help.

Room with spacious and clean. Staff friendly. Great location close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again.
