奥斯滕德利奥波特酒店

This was our second time to stay this hotel, we enjoyed to stay this hotel when we visit Ostend. Staff are friendly, very good breakfast, a lot of restaurants, cafe and shops around here. We will come back in July.

De ligging is super. De kamer met kitchenette is heel handig. Het personeel is behulpzaam.

Breakfast was nice. The lady at reception was very uptight and rude at times but overall was great.

Spacious family room

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel war insgesamt nicht sauber; sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Bad gab es an mehreren Stellen Schimmel, was absolut inakzeptabel ist. Das Mobiliar ist beschädigt, stark abgenutzt und deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Ein weiteres großes Problem war der Aufzug: viel zu klein und extrem langsam. Morgens mussten wir teilweise bis zu 15 Minuten warten, um überhaupt fahren zu können. Das angebotene Nachhaltigkeitskonzept überzeugt ebenfalls nicht. Wer auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichtet, erhält einen 5-€-Gutschein für die Bar, was in keiner Relation zum Verzicht steht. Sinnvoller wäre ein Angebot abhängig von der Personenanzahl, z. B. Getränke oder ein kleines Präsent. Für Kinder wird nichts Besonderes geboten, was das Hotel für Familien wenig attraktiv macht. Zudem war das Personal wenig hilfsbereit, es gab keinerlei Empfehlungen oder Tipps zur Stadt oder zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt nicht unseren Erwartungen, und wir würden dieses Hotel so leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Tout était parfait.... Le personnel très accueillant et souriant. Nous avions réservé un appartement pour 4 personnes, très bien aménagé et propre. La literie est confortable. Et le petit-déjeuner est très copieux Et

Staff super helpful. Breakfast great buffet selection including scrambled egg and bacon. Room 107 was a nicely sized double bedroom with great sized flat screen tv with multiple English channels (not just news channels). In room Tea and coffee facilities via a kettle and nespresso type machine. Comfy bed. Fair bathroom with a shower that was powerful enough (sadly lacks in a lot of hotels but this didn’t). There a communal area and coffee shop in reception and a back room that has a free to play pool table (I think it was free as it was the convertible dining room type table) For our one night hotel was perfect the only big bear for me is not being able to turn the room temperature down to 18 - I could set the thermostat but it wouldn’t actually come on to cool. I guess it is set to winter mode and again another big issue for me as I like a cooler room. However I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Oostende.

A very nice, Art Deco, hotel. Nice size rooms and comfortable beds. We managed to find on street parking both nights we stayed and the price was euro 3 a night. We went out during the day so avoided day parking.

Très belle découverte. Confortable. Super buffet pour le petit déjeuner. Bien situé. Personnel sympathique.

Very nice hotel, the room was good size and beds comfortable. We enjoyed hotel bar. Staff could have more local knowledge as where to park and how to pay for the parking. Otherwise excellent stay

Geen gratis ontbijt ontvangen. Wel bijbetaald voor ontbijt en dit was uitstekend.

部屋が少し汚く、冷蔵庫など無かった。エレベーターがとても狭かった。ですが、それを超えるスタッフのホスピタリティがあったので、結果的には良かったと思います。

Uniek vanwege afstand tot strand en centrum . Toilet spoelde niet alles goed weg. Openen en sluiten raam gaat moeizaam. Verder heel fijn hotel, tot ziens!

Séjour très agréable, le personnel est au petit soin pour nous, le lit était confortable et le quartier est sympa et calme !
