I will stay here again on my next trip to Antwerp. Great location relative to the train and dining/people watching spots. Staff were all very kind and helpful as well.

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The common area had a great vibe, which set a nice tone for the stay. However, our room had a noticeable damp smell, and despite informing the reception, no action was taken. This was disappointing, especially considering the standards expected from a Hyatt property.

We stayed on our wedding anniversary and the staff had put on the mirror a congratulations message which was really nice. The view isn't great from the balcony but it is a city after all. Room was big and the breakfast was one of the best

I have to say I was very impressed by the service in the hotel. The location is great. We came out of the end for train station on the backside and there was the hotel. It doesn’t look great from the outside, but once you walk in, you are charmed immediately. Staff was fantastic. The field of the place was Perfect . The room was very nice with big windows and a great view. Thank you.

The check in was very slow, and the checkout queue was outrageously long and they're obviously understaffed. They should have an express check out box for customers who already paid everything.
I called the reception to ask a question and was put on hold forever.
One of the cups in my room was not clean and saw a MOUSE in the lobby late at night.
I never leave bad reviews but really feel I have to this time!

We liked the style and format. Great bed ! Shampoo, and other liquid dispensers work poorly and were not refilled. Free water one day but not another. great elevators ! welcome drink and towel was nice. Check in process way too long ... lot's of people in the Q. Should be much faster. App is an option but long registration process.
