Nice place, spacious room, very comfortable. We can cook in the apartment, very good

I wish staff & service do better job. I booked this hotel few months in advance for family vacation with young kids and senior family members and requested for early checking due my early arrival and there wasn't any response from hotel which we've expected everything is all set. However the room was not ready when we've arrived and finally we was able to check in just few minutes before 4pm. I wish hotel staff is better handling client requested instead of silent then ignore.

C'est la première fois que je laisse un tel commentaire au sujet d'un établissement. Pour un quatre étoile, tout est à revoir au niveau du service d'accueil. L'établissement ainsi que les chambres sont corrects mais certains membres du personnel (service d'accueil) et de la hiérarchie (Clément A.) manque grandement de professionnalisme et semblent être dépassés par les dérives de l'hôtel. Il m'a été expliqué qu'il était possible de séjourner dans une chambre d'hôtel où la porte principale ne se fermait pas. Une fois fermée, il suffisait de la pousser (sans utiliser le badge qui sert à l'ouvrir) sans effort de l'extérieur pour qu'elle s'ouvre (insécurité totale). On était donc contraint de rester dans la chambre et toutes les activités prévues n'ont pu être effectuées. Bien qu'ayant souligné le problème à l'un des membres de la hiérarchie (Clément A.), aucun geste de compensation de sa part n'a été proposé...Cette situation semblait normale et acceptable!

The apartment had everything as the description said, but had a carpet that smelled bad, the dishwasher didn’t work and we reported but nobody came to fix it, the light of one of the bathrooms never turned off, we just mantened the door closed. It was a property that shared the amenities with the reinassance hotel but the facilities of the apartments were old.

The hotel was in a good location a block away from EU center. Plenty of restaurants close by. A 20 to 30 minute walk to the Grand Place. 15 minute walk to train station. Safe and quiet area.

I think that the hotel was a bit pricy for the service... The BB is average. The apartment haven't been cleaned during our stay. The swimming pool is a nice + but the water is cold. And what realy bother us is the error they made in their process payment : they make me pay twice and now I've to wait 10 days to get the problem solve on my bank account ^^

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Staff were excellent professional and welcoming. Surprised to have an internal bathroom with no extractor fan but all in all a nice place to stay.

Me pareció bien los departamentos y el servicio en el check in y check out. Solo al principio no sabíamos bien que el check in se hacía en el edificio de al lado.

I was overcharged twice in the breakfast. For two days we olny went two of us to take breakfast on each day and they chrged me for three people on each day. I really hope they will review it and will return it back. Also everyday elevator was broken. First day almost at 9pm they came to prepare the sofa bed and this because we complained at the front desk. I feel like my money was stolen in front of my face. Very unpleasant experience.

L'hotel è molto confortevole e spazioso. I receptionist sono professionali e gentili.

Staff were great and very helpful. Room was unfortunately a bit dated and is need of an upgrade! The kitchens in the apartments especially. Pool and gym were really nice though

Não tenho muito o que reclamar do nosso apartamento que estava muito próximo das avaliações já realizadas por outros hóspedes. Meu problema foi com a cobrança indevida, por parte do hotel, de despesas que não realizei durante a minha estadia. Os valores foram devolvidos, mas a incômodo gerado com bloqueio do cartão em meio as férias foi bem complicado. Se ficar hospedado tome cuidado com os lançamentos realizados pelo hotel...

Hemos estado bien pero es de batalla. El wc perfecto pero los muebles clásicos, con moqueta… genial la piscina, sauna y gym.

Goed, groot appartement. Hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de kitchenette maar wel de magno, koffie/thee apparatuur en de koelkast maar heel fijn dat het aanwezig was. Ontbijt was lekker en goed. Personeel heel aardig en klantvriendelijk. Let wel; apprtementencomplex zit niet in het hotel maar ernaast, via de garage loop je er naar toe. Maar zeer zeker te doen. Het zwembad en de fitnessruimte ook heel goed en schoon. Lieve dame bij de receptie daar. Al met al een heel goed verblijf gehad. Het OV is een paar minuutjes bij het hotel vandaan en snel.in de stad als je niet wil lopen

Secured appartement with enough space for 3 persons but very few transportation around

Excellent et le staff est accueillant et professionnel. Des bouteilles dans la chambre seraient les bienvenues 😉
