We chose this hotel mainly for its proximity to the airport, but it was one of the nicest rooms we stayed in during our time in Belgium. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was so quiet. It was a great way to end our first trip to Belgium.

Checked out of hotel at 4:30am. All air flights cancelled for day in Brussels. Staff reversed my checkout, provided breakfast, and we were able to book an additional night to catch a flight tomorrow. Exceptional customer service. Kind and understanding.

Excellent hotel close to a train station. Excellent room conditions and the staff very helpful and friendly. Food was very good and the facilities very nice.

This hotel is amazing. The room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The airport shuttle was extremely helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The train station to downtown Brussels is just across the street. I would give this property a 100 star rating. We had a great experience.

3' walk from Diegem train station across street - very frequent trains to downtown Brussels stations. Easy checkin. Good shower. Quiet. Staff pretty helpful. Be sure to register for free shuttle to airport. Biggest complaint is no free coffee downstairs in morning.

Despite a long wait for the courtesy bus to the hotel this is a very comfortable and nice hotel.

Nice hotel in a super location for the airport and for getting into the city by train

The property is clean and very close to rail station that will take you in 15 minutes to centre of Brussels. Very good options for breakfast. Downsize is the fact that the heating didn't work in one of the bedrooms for one night and didn't work in both rooms for second night. We had to ask for a heater. The salad mixed with some sauces was soure and not fresh at all. Also the milk in the caffe machine was soure too. I has to ask the employee to change it because l couldn't drink the caffe.

The facility was extremely clean, modern, and new. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. In short, the ideal business hotel. I don't know about eco-friendliness.That seems like merely something that is claimed. How does one gauge this? The staff was efficient and professional without friendliness. In the morning, when an airline crew took the 0500 shuttle that we ordered, it seems that the front desk called a taxi company. They said nothing, but we saw them paying the driver in cash. We were on our way bu 0507. That was helpful, albeit anonymous, service.

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Convenient for early flights and reasonably priced.

It was a convenient stay to be ready for airport departure. This property has a shuttle that took us to the airport in 10 minutes.

The Airport Shuttle was advertised in a message to us as “On Request - call the hotel on arriving at the airport”. However, it turns out that the Shuttle runs on a fixed schedule - every half hour only. Overall, a positive experience though. The rail connectivity was a big plus with the train station right across the hotel. Really liked that the room was clean and comfortable, including the bed and the bathroom. Minor issue with maintenance - security latch for our room wasn’t working. Will stay here again if transit through Brussels requires an overnight stay.

A bit disappointing this time. Door Security lock broken, no shower curtain ,so water everywhere when showering, the sink missed the part to keep it closed.they gave me a handicapped room which I didn’t need or ask for and I was cold the temperature stayed at 18 degrees Celsius even after calling the desk and being told it would warm up automatically

Is an OK property. Very basic. Only for a night stay

Very nice hotel, one of my favorites.

This was a quick night night so I could be ready for my flight out and was happy with the stay. I did not really care for the breakfast options but they were clean. I would stay again but would not pay for breakfast

We had a lot of issues with transportation and some issues with hotels, but the only problem was missing the shuttle by a hair and waiting for the next one. the hotel itself was excellent. the room was inviting and comfortable and the Shuttle came right on time the next morning.
