The hotel is little bit far away from station. Room is acceptable clean and tidy.

Great location. The atmosphere around the area is great. Service is nice and friendly. A little bit old facilities in room, but still very comfortable.

Very warm welcome, big room, big comfortable bed, good air con. Downsides: bit shabby, for instance, dust on the replacement toilet roll and desk draws as well as under the bed. Coffee machine didn't work and no kettle. Service staff came in even though do not disturb sign was shown. Initial strange smell, but could open the window so was fine. Overall, a good, friendly hotel in a great location but needs a bit of TLC.

NH Stephanie is a smaller, and older hotel with wear and tear here and there. However, the vibe is charming and what is pulled down by the facilities is compensated by excellent service. The parking is very limited foe bigger cars, we would suggest you call ahead. 3 star hotel with 5 star personnel at a great location for exploration! We will gladly book again.

Nicely located in the Ixelles area, close to Avenue Louise in an neighbourhood with good shopping options, a lot of restaurants and cafes. Location in a small street is a bit inconvenient as taxis often have to take big detour. Very small reception and small breakfast restaurant. Staff is friendly and service minded. The hotel rooms and common areas, hoowever, are in need of urgent refurbishment. Furniture on the rooms is outdated and

Unfortunately a shadow of what this hotel used to be. Used it many times in last 10 years not just for myself but my staff while in town. Fact is they send you a "welcome and thanks for booking with us email" but when you reply and tell the the last stay was a disaster apparently they didn't get it and made exactly the same mistakes again. So please dont book anything above a basic room as you won't get without having to ask any bathrobe, slippers or pillow menu and the room size difference is so small you wont notice it. Give breakfast a miss if you British as it's very bad value for money with just 2 hot offerings you would expect scrambled eggs and chicken (yep chicken) sausages.

Hotel location very good, many restaurants and stores. What makes staying pleasant is people that work there ,staff. The staff was very professional and pleasant, definitely will be back. Thank you

Good hotel next to Louise, convenient for business, e.g., EU/SNS/JU etc. Decent breakfast selection and comfortable rooms. Overall the interior is a bit dated but good. Online check-in/-out efficient and service good.

Hotel was in a convenient location, clean and comfortable. The room was quiet, area was safe and there were lots of coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets walking distance from hotel. There are loads of lovely clothing shops up the road from the hotel.

My mom and I stayed there for one night a few days ago. The man in the reception was really kind when we checked in, which instantly made us feel welcome. The room was really clean and big, the beds were comfy, and the lighting was really warm creating a lovely atmosphere. We’re definitely going back.

Good hôtel well located. Nice and professional staff. May require some renovation of the bathroom. Reasonably priced. Recommended.

Our First room had a non-stop buzzing sound, we asked for a new room, and when we arrived to the second room the door was unlocked. We felt very unsafe and we left to get another hotel. Still waiting on our refund, the property manager has agreed to it, but Expedia is not issuing the refund. I definitely won’t book with Expedia in the future, way too much hassle when you need customer care.
