Very good location! Helpful staffs. Room is clean. But price is a bit high.

Nice place to stay in the centre of Leuven. Close to plenty of shops and travel options. Was great for my business trip.

Road noises

The staff were friendly and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the centre so not that convenient. The road was noisy as was the Stella factory outside, The small bar was nice but there was no lounge for guests to relax and the rooms are small for relaxing even though I had an executive room. I did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food.

Great stay in Leuven! Close proximity to food outlets, cafe, bars and public transport.

Overpriced for the quality of facilities.

The room was beautiful and big enough for my family of 4. The breakfast menu was perfect for me. Enjoyed my stay.

Easy from the station, 10 min walk. Same back into the town. Very good surroundings lots of things to do. Staff helpful and a really great barman in the main bar of an evening

Really uncomfortable to sleep in the room, the temperature in the lobby area was way more better than the temperature in the room. I went to the front desk to report it and their answer was not the expected stating that the air conditioner does not cool as a normal A/C unit.

Great location. Friendly staff on reception. Good size rooms with a decent view at the rear of the hotel. Cleaning of the room was a little amiss at times. Have stayed twice before and would stay again.

We had a comfortable stay. The room was cosy and suited our needs perfectly. The beds were comfortable, and both the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would consider staying here again. Managed to get a parking spot outside the hotel, but carpark would have been expensive,

It was amazing

Despite Novotel being a renowned hotel. Customer service was non existent. Despite knowing AC doesn’t work in a room, we were still given this room on the hottest day of summer. They offered no solution or help and said it was out of their hands. Basic amenities you would expect in an European country not even being met. Paid full price for everything, and yes was given less than half of the service that’s expected.

I keep on staying here and it’s a best average but very convenient. The front desk staff at check out are less than helpful telling me that at checkin they didn’t take the correct deposit amount. I’m checking out and trying to pay the full amount, yes but you didn't pay the correct deposit. This was your staff at check in correct?, yes but you didn’t pay the tight amount. Useless.

Really needs an overall service/staff and breakfast wise. The teams are not motivated and hard to find, the breakfast for the price is simply ridiculous. The hot food is stone cold, the bacon looks boiled and the scrambled eggs have been cooked until any moisture has been removed. The rooms are decent, good shower and the beds are comfortable. Price value isn’t right and never has been at the Novotel in Leuven, they make a lot money from InBev head office and don’t see the need to changer, sad.
