Lovely family run hotel, walking distance to the center of town. Morgan was very helpful and made great dining recommendations. We will definitely stay here again when we return to this quaint and charming town of Bruges.

Vi kom sent, efter att de stängt receptionen pga trafiken. Men de öppna via telefonen och hade lämnat ett brev med all information vi behövde. Och bra beskrivning vart vi skulle ställa bilen. Mycket trevligt par som drev hotellet och läget vara riktigt bra.

Hotel com excelente localização. Com curta caminhada a parte turística da cidade. O nosso quarto era muito pequeno e tinha uma viga de madeira encima da cama que dificultava o acesso.
O atendimento da recepção foi cordial.

laundry was clearly explained and very helpful. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great experience here.

Very friendly staff/owners, the cozy room decor, the comfortable bed, the well-equipped bathroom, the lovely breakfast. A short walk to the main square, yet lovely and quiet. Many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommend!

I stayed 3 nights, November 24. The staff were extremely obliging and went out of their way to leave keys and instructions for entry, due to my being too late for 8pm check in.
The hotel is around 10 minutes stroll to the Belfry, and similar to other areas you would want to be.

Pour un hôtel il n’y a plus personne à la réception à partir de 20h. Il vous laisse un code pour la porte d entrée pas très sécuritaire car j ai pu entrer lorsqu une personne sortait. Donc très facile d avoir accès à l intérieur de la hôtel. Il n’y a presque jamais personne à la réception il y a une petite cloche sur le comptoir, manque d ambiance. Quand même bien situé.
