House keeping produces different no. of towels on different days, not really sound proof , still can hear some adult screaming and smell of weed in the lift lobby and through the air vent of the toilet.

酒店位於車站旁邊，若需要乘坐歐洲之星前往其他國家是不錯的選擇，但離景點約20分鐘步程，沿途環境頗為雜亂，建議夜晚回酒店時乘坐地鐵比較安全。 房間空間大，景觀開揚，美中不足的是梳化有破損而未有處理，影響外觀，洗手間整潔。

我們入住3晚，第二天沒有清潔房間，要親身到接待處要求派人清潔及更換毛巾。此外，第三天晚上房門被鎖，不能進入，到接待櫃台查詢，指我欠4元多歐羅稅項，入住時已繳按金，加上未退房，為何要繳稅戓付費呢？

No air conditioning. I could hardly breathe because I could not adjust the room's temperature and could not open the window. The worst part was I had to stay at the hotel for 3 days. The hotel was the most expensive but the worst service one in my 22-day travel in Europe. Therefore, I chose to leave earlier from the hotel and late r back to it.

The hotel is welcoming , accessible and just not worthy of a 4 star!The room was dirty, tired interior, ripped curtains and to top it all, I suffered a terrible pain on my toes keep hitting on the latch by right outside of the toilet door which located by the hotel room door! Which makes no sense. Toilet on the other side and the bathroom on the different side. Room was dirty, dinged up and the WiFi didn't work and water pressure is so low we have to wait like 10 minutes to get full flow. Breakfast was in a gloomy hall with very low quality products. Unfriendly staff at the Omelette station.who doesn’t respond even if you greet him. House keeping ladies shows up 8:30am without knocking!!! The hotel’s proximity to the train station is a major plus. However, the surrounding area felt quite rough, we didn’t feel entirely safe walking around. Feeling ripped off and disappointed .

Två minuter från tågstationen (i samma byggnad) = perfekt när man kommer med det sista Eurostar-tåget!

I sat in the lobby from the station on the phone, and security guy came over to ask me if I had a room at the hotel. I was clearly on the phone and interrupted me without politely asking the questions.

L’hôtel en soi il n’y a rien à dire, la localisation certes à proximité de la gare, mais les alentours impactent négativement le standing. Nous tenons à remercier particulièrement le personnel d’entretien des locaux, discret mais très efficace et bienveillant.

The hotel was within the Brussels Midi train station. Very convenient to take trains to different locations inside Belgium and travel to France, Netherlands. The restaurant had good food with nice friendly staff. The hotel was not in the best area of the town but was very convenient to get Uber and Taxi. The rooms were quite spacious. I would recommend to friends traveling to Brussels.
