On Expedia, we booked a room that said it was a king bed and a twin bed. When we arrived at the property, we were given a room with just two twin beds, that smelled like rotten eggs. When we complained, we were given one one that had the proper number of beds, but they failed to disclose that the twin was a cot. Not a regular twin bed. Couldn’t use the cot because you could easily feel the springs when you tried to lay on it. The room also only had a window into the inside courtyard of the hotel. Brussels offers many choices in higher end hotels. To choose the Radisson and be given a subpar room with subpar lighting was a disappointment. We won’t be back. PS - the fridge in the room has a weight sensor. So if you decide to store your own blueberries in there – expect someone to come by to inspect it to make sure you haven’t stolen any of their small drinks.

Great stay and very good location

Property was walking distance to Brussels Centraal station (5 minute walk). Less than 5 minutes to the central town. Bartenders Marat and Vahe were absolutely wonderful and outstanding service - Marat makes the best Bramble cocktail!!!! Thank You Thank You for taking such good care of us!!!

This is not a 5 star hotel it is more like 3-4. Does not look hygienic, me, my mother and my 3 years old girl had some sort of bedbugs bites, as all of us had some skin condition. It looked like red acne, I assume it was the bedbug or caused by not clean towels or bed linens. Housekeeping stuff was good and attentive. But everyday we had to remind for free water service, they never wanted to give free water, I had to call 3 times from the room everyday to get water. Even breakfast area did not look clean. Only thing good is the location. Walking distance to the landmarks. I also believe they lied to me when I wanted to change my room, as it was too far from the lift and I had a small child. Reception stuff member said , they are fully booked, but another stuff member said, if I pay more to upgrade they will provide me with a different room. However I was eligible for a free upgrade but they refused to give it to me, plus lied to me saying fully booked. Overall very bad impression this hotel gave me. I booked 2 rooms spend thousands of pounds but was not worth at all…

When we arrived the hotel was packed with students. All hanging around the hallways and running around late at night like a YMCA. Really not work I expected from a Radisson Hotel. Especially for the premium we paid.

Super nice staff

While the hotel itself is lovely, my experience was completely ruined by the check-in staff. The receptionist who served me was rude and condescending for no reason. I had completed the online check-in process beforehand, as instructed, and was told I could simply collect my room key upon arrival. However, the moment I approached the lady at reception and mentioned I was there to pick up my key, that somehow ignited this rude and condescending tone from her, it just went downhill from there. It's incredibly disappointing that such poor customer service overshadowed my stay. I’ll never consider staying here again.

Really lovely hotel and central location. However we did find the room really warm for us and even though we tried turning on the air conditioning it took a while to kick in.

Good base in central Brussels. Walkable to main tourist areas, bars and restaurants. Rooms pleasant although beds a bit firm, staff helpful, bar area relaxing.

Good location, easy walk to the city centre. The property is not clean as expected.

Second time staying in this hotel, central location makes it easy to maneuver around. The beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel itself is very clean and modern. Staff are excellent and treat you like royalty throughout your stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone
