Tv,air conditioner are no working.

I usually don’t do negative comments on Expedia, but this has to be my very first time being furious at a hotel. Not even worth one star, and would give zero point if possible ABSOLUTELY! Please reconsider if you want to go on an enjoyable holiday in Bel because it doesn’t really worth sacrificing the money to quality you will receive. And for sure it will ruin your holiday and your fantasy to this beautiful city - by convenient location, because the area is dirty, haunted, and insecured. In case you want to know why I hate this hotel - No hot water, curtain not closed, broken windows, and the floor is dirty, drainage sucks. Oh, and there were nights when there were false alarm. Everyone was out and there wasn’t even a staff to come even after the fireman arrived and shut down for us.

Beautiful views, nice accomodations. I will like to recomend better front desk atention and an easier check inn.

No internet at all, tv just display not working, i told them but didn't solve it out

Fausse publicité: la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, odeurs désagréables, logement très salle, il manque une porte de douche, des réparations à faire mais non effectuées… le tout à été adressé à l’accueil mais aucune action n’a été prise. Nous ne recommandons vraiment pas ce logement.

Stayed here for a 3 night stay. The apartment was very modern but needed maintenance.. firstly the TV was not working and we went down to reception and told them and we was told there was a problem with the ariel and all TVs in the building were out. I don’t know how long that’s been going on for or are they going to fix it? There was a small jacuzzi with a shower attached and once again the jacuzzi was not working also another thing they had turned off or not working? Overall the kitchen was ok with good utensils but no knife. So we ended up using a butter knife to cut the vegetables. There was no cleaning stuff only washing up liquid and a sponge. Nothing for the kitchen counters to clean or the hub. The area itself was close to the Eurotunnel station /main stations and a local metro was not far. Good for travel connections. On one day our key card would not work so I had to get in contact with SmartflatServices online and eventually someone came to help. We had a email two days before arrival saying there is a big event/fair taking place near the hotel and apologised . This happened to be directly opposite the hotel and in the evening you could hear loud music people screaming because of fair rides. If I had known this was taking place I would have booked else where. The area was run down and a lot of people just hanging around so be careful as my husband nearly got mugged!!! We didn’t like the area at all but as soon as you get out on the train it was ok.

The hotel has a few positives — it was clean, and the location is very convenient to the train station and the center of Brussels. However, there were several serious downsides to our stay. The blow dryer and TV didn’t work at all, the mattress was uncomfortable (you could feel the springs), and the window next to the bed had no blinds, leaving us completely exposed to a busy street — which felt uncomfortable. The surrounding neighborhood also felt a little sketchy, which might make it less of a solo hotel On top of all that, reception had very limited hours, so it was impossible to reach anyone for assistance with these issues during our stay.

I am writing to you with deep frustration and disappointment after experiencing an absolutely unacceptable stay at the hotel I booked through your platform. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property did not meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, safety, or comfort. Here are just some of the issues we encountered: • The entrance was full of trash. • The air conditioner was leaking, creating puddles on the floor. • The floor was wet and slippery, posing a hazard—especially with children present. • The shower was dirty, as was the rest of the bathroom. • The furniture was filthy and in poor condition. This situation was not only unpleasant—it completely ruined the vacation I had planned with my family, a trip we were all looking forward to. This is the first time I’ve had such a terrible experience with a hotel booked through your platform, and I refuse to let this go unnoticed. I demand a full refund for this reservation. I will not stop until this matter is resolved fairly. I am attaching photos/videos as evidence (if applicable), and I expect a prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

We really liked the size of the place. The area was good during the day, but definitely a little sketchy at night. Had zero problems during our stay and staff was really helpful.

Entrée après 18 h 00 avec 1 digicode, comportant 1 clavier très usé. Pas facile pour saisir le code. Appartement très spacieux. La télé ne fonctionnait et il manquait 1 interrupteur dans la salle de bain. Quartier peu fréquentable, à éviter de nuit. Station de métro à 100 m. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de réception après 18 h 00.

L’explication sur le site ainsi que les contacts téléphoniques ont été parfait. Personnel à l’écoute et disponible. Cependant, la télévision ne marchait pas et cela n’a pas été dit ni mentionné. Pour cela, j’ai été frustré et mes filles aussi. Il n’y avait pas de petites cuillères pour le petit déjeuner et même pas une capsule de café à l’arrivée pour le lendemain. Aussi, il y’avait que 2 rouleaux de papiers hygiéniques pour une famille. Il y’avait aussi une poubelle au premier étage pendant 2 jours sans être enlevé. Je le dis dans le sens d’une amélioration et pas de critiques. À part ça, l’appartement était spacieux, beau et propre. Je reviendrai malgré tout en espérant que ces problèmes seront résolus à l’avenir. Merci beaucoup.

Bon séjour, bon accueil et bon emplacement d’hôtel! En revanche les rideaux de la chambre ne fermaient pas il y avait un système rudimentaire avec une petite épingle. Un lavabo fuyait et le bassin de la douche était abîmé. Le wifi et la télévision ne marchaient pas non plus. On a passé un bon séjour malgré ces quelques difficultés.
