Peaceful and is a good hotel for the stay of flight transfers.

Well situated but definitely needs renovations

Conveniet as it is close to airport.

This is an airport hotel, but a really good one. We ate dinner at the hotel and it was great and the staff were wonderful. Rooms were very comfortable as well.

Bed is good and big. Bathtub was a plus for me.

The hotel is very convenient, just in front of the checking hall. But when you can’t take a hot shower in the morning before your flight it is annoying.

Last minute booking because of flight delay. The hotel is wonderful, but the staff is rather poor in English. Had to wait 3 hours to check in, and if i tried to rest my feet they came and told me to sit upright - though i found a corner for my self and has my feet slightly on a bench. The room was nice and big, but the bed for surprisingly uncomfortable. The breakfast was disappointing, compared to what I am used to. Especially at this price range I was expecting more. I also asked politly to extend my check out by an hour, because my flight was not leaving until 1600, but they asked a fee of 10 euros an hour. All in all an okay hotel, but not great value for money.

Comfortable room, awsome dinner at onsite restaurant!

It's close to Brussels Airport so it's very convenient for connecting flights.

Like the convenience of it as you just have to walk 25 meters to go from the hotel to Departures. The food is good (house made mashed potatoes, good caesar salad). Rooms and bar/restaurant would need a refresh tho.

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton at the end of our European trip. Great bed and within steps of the terminal. No noise at all. A very good choice. Good room service but food/drinks at the actual restaurant was very slow. Will stay there again.

Room very hot even though air turned up to max, fan on still very hot

Nice man in reseption ,very polite but he forgot to wake me up. I run to the gate!!!!

Der Check in war Okay und verlief reibungslos. Man wollte direkt wissen, zu welcher Zeit ich abreise und das Zimmer freigegeben werde. Sehr gastfreundlich… Das Zimmer war auf viel zu kalte 18 Grad heruntergekühlt und die Klimaanlage lief auf Maximum. Das Fenster war mit einem Milchglasaufkleber verklebt und so musste man die gesamte Zeit das Licht brennen lassen. Umweltfreundlich? Außerdem war der Blick aus dem Fenster ins Innere des Hotels auf einen Speisesaal… Das Beste von diesem Sheraton ist die Lage am Flughafen
