Room is small and slightly aged but a good boutique hotel

Internet reception is poor inside the room. Recommended not to use the hanger to hang up your wet clothes because the color of hanger dye on the my clothes. The staff shown no respond even I told her about it. She just looked at my t-shirt and said "Um.. So...?" I would recommend to stay in the hotels near Central station which are much more convenient.

整體住宿感覺很好，離購物區很近，地鐵也方便。不過後來房價外還徵收了城市稅，覺得有多花錢...

Heel mooi 4-sterrenhotel maar qua netheid kan het beter. ( Als we onze kleren uit de kast haalden,hingen ze vol met stof. Ook op enkele andere plaatsen lag er een laagje stof oa boven de spiegelrand,haardroger...) Degelijk ontbijt.

Wonderful staff & breakfast!! Will definitely be coming back again.

It is a lovely hotel within walking distance of restaurants and the Grand Place. We did the Dining in the Dark and it is a unique experience. Fredrick the bar tender is great and the staff as a whole was wonderful We stayed there in the middle of a 14 day trip as the information on hotels.com said they had laundry service. I even sent them an email to confirm which they did. When we checked in a Friday at 2 pm we were told there was no laundry service on the Weekend and not laundry bags in our room. A quick conversation with staff and our laundry was picked up and returned five hours later...a big help.

A little far from the main square

First time visiting Brussels and this hotel was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the decor of hotel and the room. I was extremely comfortable. Walking to city center is about 15/20mins. The hotel is perfectly placed where you are close enough to the fun but not the noise. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

A very warm welcome, everything well maintained, a very comfortable room and an excellent breakfast buffet. I would return without hesitation.

Lovely traditional / classic hotel ..relaxing stay

I really love Stanhope hotel and like to stay there when in Brussels. Only thing this time was that my room was really warm and the AC didn’t seem to work. As I had a loft room it was even hotter upstairs in the sleeping area, and the bathroom was like a sauna due to the floor heating. I had to open the window for a few hours to let the worst heat out.

My son and I spent New Year’s here and even though it was freezing, and my son had a little tummy ache the staff was very kind and brought him some tea and macaroons on the house. They were so kind. The area is really great to walk. there’s plenty of shopping with high-end boutiques as well as many restaurants. It’s not far from Joe and the juice which is my favorite place as well as exkiCafé. I love the sauna is my favorite part of the hotel. We had a suite and it had a great view of the garden. It was an amazing place to spend New Year’s.

My husband and I traveled to Brussels to celebrate our anniversary, and we had a truly wonderful experience at the Stanhope Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and took excellent care of us throughout our two-night stay. We loved the thoughtful touches, such as the special treats available daily in the reception area for guests. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant, where the service was both professional and top-notch. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. To our delight, we were even greeted with an anniversary card and gift upon arrival—such a lovely surprise! A huge thank you to the hotel manager for making our stay extra special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
