Hotel was lovely, tastefully decorated and to a good standard. Breakfast was good value for money. Rooms a touch warm so needed the air con on as the windows only opened a touch. Staff could do with smiling when you check in, felt like it was a bit on an inconvenience but it was fine. Couldn’t check in till 3 which they advertise and happy to look after luggage so you can venture out to the city.

The Reception replied that they only provide water bottles and coffee , tea bags...ect for the first day stay ..if you stay a bit longer you have to prepare by yourself. The room without Kettle except coffee machine. I got the experience even though you put confirmed by the machine that you need to clean daily and put the cleaning requirement sign at the door, they still didn't clean the room until we back at 5:15pm....and the reception said they would come to clean but we all there already...

The Scott hotel is a nice hotel, I got a balcony and my view was awesome! Many sunrises and sunsets.. loved my time there.. I will be back.. it was close to everything

Very nice hotel and amenities. The morning attendant at the front desk for check in is so amazing, helpful and kind. He really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The afternoon attendant was not, he did not want to answer our questions or help. It was a very nice hotel with excellent bedding, bathrooms and I would highly recommend it. The same morning attendant held our bags for us after check out so we could attend a tour. I thought the stairway was very pretty and no hassle at all. We really enjoyed our rooms, the hotel s as me stay. The nespresso machine in the room was very appreciated. Highly recommend!

My partner and I stayed here for one night. Although the hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly it’s a very soleless hotel.

Great price, fabulous room with terrace, only downside was the mattress which definitely needs replaced (it’s uncomfortable/cheap/worn out) but other than that I would recommend.

Be mindful it’s a bit noisy the walls are thin

The staff here were amazing. We had an issue with our room, but as soon as I explained they moved us to a beautiful view and it made our entire trip! Well done The Scott Hotel

The staff were extremely professional, and the property has a unique style that sets it apart from typical chain hotels. My only minor suggestion would be to review the condition of the mattresses

Cute hotel, great location for Eurostar (an easy 15 mins walk away), central Brussels (20 mins) and a nice area around the hotel too with some lovely restaurants nearby (Stella, Woodpecker, Huggys and Le Rendezvous-vous des Artistes). The room was quite hot (even for January!) so we had to make adjustments here and there. The towels are terrible! But you’re not going on hols for those 😂 and I think we were lucky as our first two nights were pretty quiet but some noisy neighbours moved upstairs on the third and the soundproofing was pretty bad - fine if you’re not a light sleeper, and they do give you ear plugs! Staff were friendly and the decor is nicely done. Overall would definitely stay here again and recommend it!

Liked the hotel, only the breakfast it’s a bit complicate way to help yourself due the space where they placed food, and the isolate plastic as well that they cover everything, what is very hygienic, this is good, but maybe on busy time doesn’t need to cover all, to be easy for customer pic what they want. Just a suggestion. Thank you

Everything was good: the hotel, the location, the people.

The Scott Hotel has a great “Roaring 1920s” vibe from the lobby to elevator to the rooms! Rooms are spacious. Brunch was very good. Front desk staff were awesome and very friendly. The location is great! We walked mostly all over but there are several tram and Metro stations nearby. 30 mins walk to Grand Place. Highly recommend Pizza Fresca (across Place Loix from the hotel), Stella (breakfast only 5 mins walk) and Le Bistro - port du Hall (pub, great food!, 8 mins walk). Hotel bar was a nice perk. We played cards in the lobby and got drinks from the bar which were great. My only complaint was that when the rooms were serviced by housekeeping they didn’t replenish the coffee pods and water bottles in the room. Also ran out of shower gel. Minor but would meant 5 star rating if rhey’d done those little things.

I really enjoy staying here. It is around 10-15 mins walk to different stations, quite convenient. Also, 10 mins walk to shopping areas and restaurants.
