Worst management for the hotel . My brother lost his wallet and I was trying to help him out to get a hotel room , until we can figure out how to get him home . Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! Us her in US we never do something like that .. even though I called the hotel directly and explained the problem with them and they still refused.

Vimos la puntuación tan alta en booking y reservamos. Al llegar al hotel nos resultó extraña la ubicación porque está a 20 minutos de Charleroi en un pueblo apartado.
