Hotel location is convenient

Hotel rooms are in a desperate need of a refurbishment. Rooms look run down, the corridor could do with a new carpet and fresh paint. They have spent the money on refurbishing downstairs left upstairs looking worn out. The prices are too high for what you receive, one or 2 nights is ok, I wouldn’t stay more than this. Location wise wasn’t ideal for us we had to use Ubers.

Not a bad hotel - clean rooms, hall carpets need a goid clean or replacement - but for a short stay it is very good. Bar staff great

The first room , stank terribly of sewage. The replacement room thankfully did not smell. The carpets in the corridors had stains everywhere and were very dirty. There was a black Friday deal, so I was able to book the room very cheaply but from Tulip Inn you expect something better.

Was supposed to have double bed, got twin beds. Quilt soiled (wont let me show picture). Towels fraiyed. TV only couple of English channels. Corridor carpet dirty, paint on it. One side of room doors paint peeling of, other side a bit better. Place needs total make over. Did not venture into restaurant or bar

Room is outdated but the hotel location is very good. Easy access to the city centre and Antwerp ring.

Restuarant had good reasonably priced food. Receptionist was very helpful, transport to antwerp was nearby.

Convenient location

Horrible Hotel, room has been cleaned only 1 time in 3 nights! No air conditioning in the room, the room was facing the highway, very noisy when window open, dirty towels, dirty isle in the floor, cleaning guys aren’t friendly! Don’t waste your money in such place

Hotel is well located near Antwerp ring. We always enjoy staying here for short trip.

The staff was quite helpful and the amenities are as stated. But the bartenders were very engaged and insightful in regards to where to and where not to. I would stay here again.

Firstly the staff at reception and at the bar were really welcoming and helpful especially when we had to move rooms as the initial room had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. The overall presentation of the room was extremely poor. While the bathroom and bed linen was clean the general appearance was very tired with various stains on the walls and floors.The location and free car parking was good however the experience of the standard of the room and corridors was really lacking in anything approaching quality
