Excellent room, comfy beds, lovely staff, but we could hear the cars at night but this is out of the hotels control. Breakfast was great too.

The AC didn’t work, no action was taken in spite of request at the reception.

The service was great. The parking was inconvenient and very tight spaces.

Could hear noise from neighbouring rooms - but overall clean and reasonable. Pretty good breakfast

The hotel lobby smells great and the rooms were very clean and modern looking. It lacks a shelf, cabinet, or anything that provides surface to put stuff on, especially in the bathroom. I also missed a bin just for recycling containers.

This hotel is safe. I don't know what why the bad reviews previously. Yes, the neighborhood may not be pleasant but the hotel itself is good. We are traveling with adult children so we are fine. It is a lovely hotel. We will stay here again if we come back to Brussels

Very clean and close to the city centre, but i didn't like very much the neighborhood

Good: Very welcoming staff. Clean Spacious Bad: Very loud road / traffic noise into early hours. Not eco friendly, disposable plastic cups, Nespresso machine, disposable stirrers. Overall: Would not stay again due to road noise, otherwise a nice, clean hotel.

Bad smell in the bathroom for the standard / price of hotel. Pillows are cheap and not very comfortable. Breakfast good and hotel very quiet.

The location is pretty good,there is a subway station 5mins away, nord train station is 15mins walk away. We stayed on the 5th floor facing the main road and it was nosy at night, we needed ear plugs so avoid the rooms at the front if possible. The room was big and comfortable and the shower was great.

The staff is nice, the room is clean and very comfortable. The only concern is the area around the property, it is not that safe. Better to call Uber.

The gentleman at reception was friendly, welcoming and helpful at all times. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. Very good shower. Superb breakfast, very tasty with multiple choices. And just a few paces from Yser metro. Would definitely stay again
