Nice hotel in a good position, you can go to city center

Interesting old building and lovely staff. Good location to tram lines. Near Sablon so walkable ro the centre. Off the High Street there are many food places. Just walk down the side lanes.

Manca una finestra nel bagno Nel bagno fa un caldo asfissiante Non c'è un condizionatore Non c'è un armadio chiuso Non ci sono i comodini ma sediolini Non ho potuto comprare acqua siggillata da bere per 2 sere consecutive e mi sono lamentato con 3 persone alla reception che nulla hanno fatto fatto. Hanno preso 100 euro di cauzione che è discriminatoria e offensiva ho girato ben oltre 200 hotel nel mondo nessuno mai ha chiesto cauzioni (di cosa havete paura che rompiamo la camera o rubbiamo e non la paghiamo?) C'è una ascensore da massimo 2 persone che non ci permette di salire insieme La porta di ingresso è pesantissima perche urta sulla mochette e frena Non ci sono prese a sufficienza per caricare 3 cellulari in contemporanea L' acqua aperta e non siggillata lasciata in camera presenta un pezzo grosso nero di carbone

Hadde et fantastisk opphold! Utrolig vennlig personale, større rom enn forventet. Litt skummel heis (skrapelyd), og ingen AC på rommet. Kan allikevel anbefale XL rom for 3 personer. Ble litt dårlig luft når alle tre hadde dusjet - men ellers fantastisk. Både hotell og lokasjon.

The room was lovely and clean staff were welcoming, everything was perfect, good location close to metro as well, the only thing was it wasn’t made clear that we had to put down a €100 room deposit, it come straight back into our account the day after we left but it would of been nice to have some pre warning !

一番安い部屋だったけど狭くなくて、ベッドなども綺麗だった。小さいけどエレベーターもあってよかった。シャワーは浴槽が付いていてよかった。シャンプー兼ボディーソープがヌルヌルして洗い流すのが難しかったのは少し残念だった。ブリュッセル中央駅からも歩けなくはなさそうだったけど、バスやトラムを使うことになった。初日は不慣れで戸惑ったが、バスは本数も多くブリュッセル中央駅から直通だったので慣れると便利だった。駅前より治安がよさそうで、周りにスーパーや店も多くあってよかった。ホテルの近くにある店のティラミスが美味しかった

スタッフが親切。部屋は広く、ミニマルながら洗練されたインテリア。快適に過ごせた。

Very friendly staff.

Le personnel était très gentil. Belle chambre suis les combles. Emplacement dans un beau quartier, facilement accessible et sécuritaire.

Dans l'ensemble je suis satisfaite juste manque de fer à repasser.

It is well -positioned and pretty cool. Although my room was airless. My breakfast experience suffered from a large group of Romanian?? guests who talked loudly to each other across the room and kept walking around. I moved table twice so I could hear myself think!

Muy limpia. Muy cómoda. Accesible para Conocer el centro. Había un chico en recepción que hizo que me sintiera en casa fue muy amable y servicial.

Great location, friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious, clean and contemporary room. Everything we needed our 3 night break, would definitely stay again.

This hotel was modern and the staff were great. The room was spacious but did not have AC, which is something to note if that is important to you. It's also in a great location with easy access to the metro and nearby shops and cafes. Since there are so many businesses nearby, it can get quite noisy at night, so that's something to be aware of too. The staff were incredible and always answered any questions we had.

Perfect the Hotel! Everything is near! The room was clean!
