Staff very attentive

The staff and location were great. Grilling was not a problem. But would have to be coordinated with other guests since there is 1 grill. However, many items advertised do not exist. There is no front office on the property. There is no sea view, partial or otherwise, from the courtyard rooms. One supposed courtyard 2 queen bed room is actually around the side of the property and faces a fence. No coffee/tea in the common area. No sitting area in all rooms, as the 2 rooms we stayed in did not have such. The first room had 2 chairs with a little table between right across from a bed. There was no room to walk past if someone sat there. The second room had a coffee table and 1 chair in the open closet. Last, lots of ants in the rooms. They definitely need to do something about that. Basically, there is a bit of exaggeration and embellishment in the listing. Given it’s a nice property, there is no reason for the false stuff.

Junior, in charge of managing, was helpful and friendly. The room was clean.

Manager was very friendly and welcoming. Room had AC and a refrigerator. And 2 twin beds and a queen. Comfortable stay!

Clean room but not a ‘sea view’ as advertised.

I’ve stayed there a few times and I really like the location, rooms and the vibe! The problem this time was that I had left my suitcases open and the air conditioner was plugged so the water poured down the wall into my suitcase all night! Funny thing is a guy working at my the same day broke my water pipe off! When it rains it pours! I told Junior and he came and fixed it lickety-split! Just for the fun of the word!

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The one caveat, is that the hotel is right on the main street and it’s very noisy at night with the motorcycles and the dogs barking.

Great location close to the beach. Enjoyed the complementary bicycles and beach gear. Knocked one star off for low mattress quality.

Nice stay. Friendly staff

I loved this funky little place in Hopkins. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The bed was comfortable. All of the rooms open up into a private courtyard that's available to all staying there. They have bikes available that are moderately well taken care of. The only negative to this place is it is outside of the area of Hopkins with most of the restaurants, so you're walking/biking to most of what you'd want to go to. It's less than a mile but can feel much further in the heat/humidity.
