Everything was wonderful

Beautiful property lovely safe nice and peaceful

We loved our stay here. It was quiet, comfortable, and the room was very cute.

The hotel itself is down a dirt road and off the main road so if it rains and you want to walk to the road it’ll be muddy and full of puddles, just a heads up but the property itself is clean and well maintained. The rooms are all unique and loved the space with the little kitchen and separate living area. The beds were not the most comfortable and only have one pillow on each bed- had to ask for another pillow. AC worked well and the unit was clean. José was super attentive and kind to us during our stay. It was a little odd that you couldn’t deadbolt the door from the inside. Enjoyed our stay overall.

This is such a quaint and unique property. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is great and friendly. I would be staying there again.

Belize Budget Suites are a home away from home. Every time from now on I'll stay here. Ms. Lucinda and Ms Miriam are the sweetest ladies. The property is absolutely stunning. She provide a "What To Do" manual for my stay in San Pedro and I used it to the fullest.

They have very good customer service and was very friendly. The room was clean as well.

We stayed at Belize Budget Suites for four days and absolutely loved it! Lucinda and Jose were so helpful and were there to assist as needed. Lucinda had great recommendations for places to go and provided information regarding golf cart rentals, grocery stores, etc. The room itself was very clean, a/c worked great, and having the kitchenette was a huge plus. Overall, our stay was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend and would love to stay again!

Loved the character of this place. Super cute, close to town and beach, outstanding service, loved hearing the birds in the morning. Very attentive and helped us call a taxi in the morning when our golf cart died. Would stay again.

The staff’s apathy was extremely disappointing. Nani, the manager, was helpful for check-in, but it ended there. As soon as I got to the room, the ceiling fan was barely spinning, and I couldn’t figure out how to turn it up. I asked Nani how to do it, and she wrote back saying Jose would look at it in the morning. When I woke up, the fan was off. I informed her of that, and she responded with the same message, saying Jose would look at it. When I got back after a full day away from the hotel, the fan wasn’t on, and no one had reached out to me about it. After realizing that service is subpar, I wasn’t even going to bother following up since they clearly didn’t care. When I woke up, I told Nani that we had no power and that our bathroom sink pipe was dripping and had flooded the floor. She responded saying there was a power outage from the electric company, which obviously was not her fault, but she did not acknowledge me telling her that the sink pipe was leaking and flooding the floor, something that is actually in her jurisdiction to fix. Since I was checking out soon, I wanted to write to her again about the bathroom floor, saying, “The bathroom floor is flooded, just so whoever cleans knows. The pipe under the sink has been dripping”. Her response was, “Ok thanks for letting me know”. The lack of concern and care for me as a guest was shocking. Belizeans are extremely courteous, and I did not encounter any unprofessionalism anywhere in Belize but here. She is not Belizean

Very helpful and informative staff. Place was quite clean compared to other places I’ve been to. Nicely decorated and well stocked with the basics.

The property was beautiful and quiet. Birds and beautiful flowers everywhere. Jose was wonderful. Very attentive and made us feel like family. We would definitely stay here again.

Charm on a budget. Loved the friendly and helpful hospitality and fun themed murals in the room. I was very happy to have a microwave/refrigerator in the room. Bed was comfortable and everything worked as expected. Nice binder of information and recommendations in each room shows that the owner caress. Only disappointment was not having shampoo/conditioner provided in the shower and a water dispenser/recycling bins on site (the island has a HUGE problem with plastic bottle litter- so a bottle refill station at each hotel would help!) I feel like with a little rearranging of chairs, the front garden area would be an absolutely lovely place to hang out. Would stay again.

This was a really cute place off from the main road. The rooms were super cool and made you feel at home. The front has a balcony and you can go down and sit in chairs down in the yard. Great place for the money.

What an oasis! This place is spotless and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.
