Clarissa Falls Resort is a mixture of a few beach spots by the river, 9 attached new cabins on a huge farm full of fruit trees with turkeys, roosters, ducks and white geese, alongside a massive grassy campground setup both open and private with hammocks everywhere on the property. The restaurant opens at 7am, overlooks the waterfall and closes when guests wish. The famous milkshakes are super healthy from the cows seen along the rustic road in the meadows. Only a ten minute walk to the main road leading to San Ignacio and taxis constantly wave.

Farm, Resort & Campground all in one alongside a beautiful river that has a small waterfall and green colored water. You will always see or hear a variety of animals and birds. The cabins are carefully kept in good shape with many amenities added. The land is very peaceful and the family is very kind. The restaurant offers an amazing chimole dish and black fruit cake!

Clarissa falls is a wonderful warm inviting place to stay outside of San Ignacio. If you like adventure swimming in rivers and a family run getaway then Clarissa falls is for you. We have stayed twice and many people we met there have done the same.
