Pool is amazing. Rooms clean and spacious. The real benefit of this resort is the staff. I’ve stayed at luxury resorts and never ever experienced such wonderful service.

The room was great, and the staff! The only disappointment was the Iack of consistent wifi access. It made it difficult to look up information for getting around San Pedro 😁

Our stay was spectacular from the most amazing seaside villa to staff that went out of their way to provide a next level experience! Genuine and thoughtful in all areas of service from reception hospitality to fine dining, Mitch and his team are the best! We will be back! Thank you to all tje staff that took carr of us!

I loved our stay at Coco Beach Resort—it was perfect for our family. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. We visited in early November, the resort was wonderfully quiet and we had the pools to ourselves most days. The resort is very family-friendly, with lots of space and activities. The pools and hot tub were clean and spacious, and our kid especially loved the slide and rock jumping area. The outdoor spaces were lovely and relaxing. Our two-bedroom condo was large, comfortable, and spotless, with a kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Housekeeping came every other day, which kept everything feeling fresh. Coco Beach is about 15–20 minutes from San Pedro by golf cart, and you’ll definitely need a cart since nothing is within walking distance—we enjoyed exploring the island this way. We truly loved this resort. It’s one of our favourites for its comfort, fun, and tranquility. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxed stay on Ambergris Caye.

Coco Beach Resort was a recommendation, and I’m glad I booked our stay here. From the beginning the staff was very attentive about how we would be arriving to the hotel, and any accommodations they could make. Rooms were spacious and clean. The outside area of the hotel was beautifully kept clean. The pools were amazing my daughter had the best time. Rainer was the best, best customer service.
