Service was exceptional, food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The only reason we said 4 stars instead of 5 was we had some plumbing issues, that staff was great and did their best to repair it, but it’s an island what are you gonna do. Would definitely recommend

From the start everyone was fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located; food is good and service top notch. The staff goes the extra mile to ensure we as guests feel welcomed and are treated like family. This is now our new hotel for every visit to Caye Caulker

Island Magic Resort was unbelievable! The help from everyone and the pick up from the ferry made us feel comfortable immediately. The location was great, walkable through the whole island. We didn’t even need a golf cart. and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was great and the pool was awesome. Top notch resort on Caye Caluker! Gregorio and Lorraine helped us so much. They helped plan our trip and excursions. Also they have bug spray and sunscreen available! Take savanna’s! Life saver!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Island Magic Beach Hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and willing to assist in any way. My husband and I have decided to return again for a weekend getaway. The island is hugely relaxing, and the food along the strip is freshly grilled daily. I ate grilled jerk chicken for lunch and dinner until I left; that's how good it is. The prices are higher on the island. We did our souvenir shopping in Belize City at the Golden Bay shopping center. You will need to take a ferry to reach the destination. The ferry runs from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily. Caye Caulker is recommended for those who want to experience the culture and ethnicity of Belize.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Big shower with nice water pressure. The bar/restaurant had delicious food and cocktails. We loved the poolside service! The staff was so nice and accommodating. We'd definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean, the staff were very nice and helpful and it was just a great location for us. We had hot water a fridge clean sheets and towels and AC what more does one need lol ;P I definitely would stay there again. Shout out to Murray!!! He was very helpful and sweet. Would go out of his way to make sure we were happy.

Perfect location, although it was located on the beachfront, you can not relax in the water because it is only accessible by boat. Although there are a couple beaches in walking distance that you can swim into I thought this was the case. Staff is wonderful, beds were comfy, pool was nice with swim up bar and location was central to everything else. We rented bikes from Mario's across the street and were able to see the entire island and the north side in 2 days while doing other activities. It's definitely one of the nicer places to stay on the island.

My husband and I had such a relaxing time at Island Magic. The swings near the water were so relaxing. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a balcony and hammock, and ocean views from two windows which was great for watching the sun rise. All the regular staff at hotel and restaurant were wonderful. The last day they had a fill in driver for return transport to airport; the guy was quite a grump. That was my only complaint for the entire 8 night stay. Note: There is no elevator, so make sure you can maneuver stairs if on a higher floor. Great A/C in room!
