De algehele ruimte is prima, het matras en de hoofdkussens waren goed. Een plafondventilator en een staande ventilator aanwezig en voldoende. Geen airco. Het sanitair voldoende maar goedkoop, alles afgewerkt met heel dun plastic (douchecabine, wc bril). Service is goed. Waar je rekening mee moet houden is de geluidsoverlast. Honden, verkeer, eigen verhuur van auto's en luid piepende en krakende tussendeuren. De 4 kamers liggen dicht tegen elkaar aan en direct langs de weg en het eigen parkeerterrein. Aangezien de muren bestaan uit enkel 1 laag planken gaat het geluid overal doorheen. Oordoppen noodzakelijk voor een goede nachtrust.

The familt thst run the property are not the owners. Very nice family however we did not get the room that we booked. We were told we had to have the basic room rsther than the superior room we chose as thw owner had not setup the Expedia system corectly. Hence the price we paid was only for the basic room. They need to sort this out as would have stayed elsewhere had we known.

The stay was as expected for the price. 1st night we were put in a different room than what was booked. Didn't bother us much so didn't say anything till next morning since the Basic double room has a horrible bed. Even the other guest with us expressed the same thing in his room. She did offer to move us initially so i have to take some of the blame. Otherwise, this is a great place & a great location. The staff are awesome.

Best deal for the money in San Ignacio, also have car rental available at the guest house. Very clean comfortable rooms, the owner and his family live next to the guest house and are very kind and generous people.

Overall stay and service were great! It was a bit difficult to find at night though, would recommend to put a big sign on the main street.
