Breakfast was awesome every day.

The room was very nice with an ocean view, but the shower was very inconvenient; it was very small. They have plenty of space to enlarge it. The staff's service is excellent, and the hotel has the best restaurant in Placencia.

This place is great! Staff was amazing, room was clean and spacious. The bistro on site serves amazing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We ate there for every meal during our stay and never had a bad meal. The only downside was the sargassum. We were there in April for spring break and it was bad. The beach was unusable, which was a shame. The pool was nice and since it's a small resort, it never felt crowded. We would definitely come back!

Unfortunately the seaweed was covering the beach and smell could be overwhelming at times. Not their fault. We did get upgraded to a very nice cabana. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant has good food and reasonable prices.

The Maya Beach hotel was a great 3 night stay. The pool was clean and the dock was a great place to relax. The staff and restaurant were excellent! Would stay here again.

Supermysigt boende med utsikt över stranden och havet! Gratis SUP, cyklar och kajaker. Stranden var fin, men inte så klart vatten tyvärr. Resturangen är fantastisk, bästa i området. Ligger en bit från andra resturanger och shopping så bil är bra att ha.

Fabulous beach side location, quality accommodation, friendly staff, great breakfasts (didn't eat dinner at hotel)

House on the beach was great, great location, parking was easy. Nice and private. Only strange thing was second “full” bathroom didn’t have a shower

Everything was wonderful! Very safe feeling. Everyone was SO friendly and nice. Excellent restaurant on site.

Kitchen was equipped sufficiently for needs. The pool was refreshing. Beach view excellent and only few steps to the ocean. Staff excellent for servicing rooms - towels, sheets, cleaning etc.

Great view of the ocean (including sunrises) from bed and balcony. Toucan room has a large seating area. Restaurant is very good. The only suggestion would be to put in some softer floor or table lighting; the lights were too bright.

Lovely room, get a beachfront one! Great restaurant, pool smaller than you'd think from pics. Lots of seaweed on beach and in the water, not great for swimming but maybe this isn't always a thing. Great pier to relax on. Full moon was a fabulous time to be on the beach

Its truly an all round wonderful hotel. The staff are incredibly warm and welcoming that mathches superb service. Beach at your front door, palm and coconut trees line the beach and pools that lead the dock where one can relax jn a hamock or swinging chair fir couples. The restraunts food is amazing...reserve early.

Beautiful property, right on the beach - rooms were clean, and well appointed. The resort also has a great restaurant on site, and is a 20-30 min drive to other restaurants, cafes and bars in Placencia. Staff were wonderful throughout as well

Beautiful setting. Nothing fancy but a delightful, comfortable place to stay. Loved the restaurant with beachside seating. Wonderful happy hour. My kitchenette was better stocked than most vacation rentals. A bit away from town so taxis necessary if you want to leave the property. Would absolutely stay again.
