Staff is always friendly. We felt like we were with family the entire trip. It is quiet yet only 20 minutes to town. The entire menu at the restaurant is delicious

Love this so much! Stayed in the dreamsickle upper room. There were 4 of us for this trip. Me, my sister and we each had one of our teens with us. Private pool for our unit. Incredible location with the beach out our patio door. The large balcony was spectacular and spent lots of time enjoying. Used the kayaks, no additional charge. Saw manatee. We will be back.

Property was very beautiful! All the staff from the from desk to the restaurant were so nice and accommodating. Food and drinks were really good. They provided transportation when needed and also provided excellent service to any requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Charming Beachfront Stay with Amazing Food We loved our stay at the Maya Beach Hotel on the Placencia Peninsula. The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach, with the soothing sound of the ocean just steps from our cozy bungalow-style room. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was such a treat. The hotel has a relaxed, welcoming vibe, and the amenities really added to our experience. We took advantage of the complimentary paddle boards, kayaks, and bikes to explore the area and the beautiful coastline. One of the real standouts was the food. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals with a creative and unique menu. Every dish we tried was fresh and full of flavor—definitely one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Belize. Maya Beach Hotel is a great choice for anyone looking to unwind by the sea while enjoying great food and thoughtful touches. Highly recommend!

This place is where you want to stay! Cabana is right on the beachfront. Like 50 feet away. You can spend your days strolling down to the bistro Grill. The food is excellent. The staff is amazing! Super clean rooms with all the amenities. I can’t say enough good things about this place. You get to know the staff the manager walks around each morning asking if you’d like a cup of coffee brought to your porch. It just doesn’t get any better than this.

It was relaxing, had great AC, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, and an amazing hot shower! Right on the beach, with a great restaurant within a few feet of the front door to our room. The sitting area was quite comfortable and the deck was a nice place to sit in the morning with coffee. Loved the swing on the dock gazebo, too!

The private villa with private pool was amazing. Agree with previous reviews about food choices, quality and taste.

Our stay at Maya Beach Hotel was fantastic. The staff were wonderful. They were exceptionaly friendly, responsive, and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bistro has some of the best food around and their staff are quick, responsive, and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't find a place that treats you better.

Wonderful Bistro. Kingfish Cabin excellent. Staff was over the top great. Beautiful palm trees all over property. And our place was right on the beach.
