The staff was amazing and the room and beach were beautiful, comfortable and well maintained. The only suggestions I would make: 1. Put a “reserved” sign on the beach chairs in front of the freestanding villas. People who were not using the resort sat in ours and took our cushions a few times. Once when we were on our way out, another couple sat in ours and the staff told us they would move us to other chairs which I thought was inappropriate considering we were guests paying for 11 days. 2. One of the cleaning ladies mopped one side of the bedroom, then the porch (which has mud and bird droppings) then came in and mopped the other side. Maybe others don’t care but this is not clean to me. She should have wet the mop again at minimum. Other than that I highly recommend this resort as it was in a great location and really relaxing and beautiful!

I didn’t like that I was nickel and dimed for everything. We were a group of 5 and went into the village one night requesting a pickup for after hours that we were told would be 30BZD. When we returned each room was charged for the ride which was not indicated beforehand. I think this was unfair. Although the food was good there was not enough of a variety. They should think about implementing daily specials. There was no entertainment or group activities. I would not stay here again or recommend it. It’s overpriced

Absolutely loved this place! It was quiet, relaxing, beautiful with amazing service. Everyone was so friendly, kind and very helpful. The concierge helped set us up with excursions, fun adventure plans and answered all our questions. Our favorite part was that our perfect studio was right on the beach and had it's own porch looking out on to the ocean. We loved having our coffee out there every morning to watch the sun rise. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Très beau resort, soigné dans tous les détails. Chambres très propres. Service impeccable que ça soit à la réception ou au restaurant, en passant par la piscine et les excursions. Vélos en libre service pour se rendre à la chambre. Voiturettes de golf à disposition aussi sur demande. Service de shuttle gratuit pour se rendre à Placencia. On recommande !

Very beautiful resort with a lovely beach. It was quiet even though it was full. Everything we tried at the restaurant was delicious. Everyone at the resort was kind and thoughtful and made our favorite drinks, even if they’d never made one before. Outstanding place.

The staff and the amenities at this property are amazing. Definitely book it. We had a private villa with our own pool and outdoor shower and a beautiful bathtub. The bed was so comfortable and the property was so clean. They have many options for food and drink And the beach was amazing! Unfortunately, it was kind of rainy when we were there, but we still found wonderful things to keep ourselves busy.

Property was very lovely. Staff were helpful friendly and accommodating. Bikes, kayaks etc were great quality. Arrived on a Sunday, very slow and quiet with a small staff. But things picked up by Tuesday/wednesday and full staff arrived. Spa was top notch. Restaurant was good but pricey.
