Without going into a long story, my wife and I were ill by the time we arrived. The staff at Willowbank took care of us as if we were blood family. On another note, beautiful views and sunsets, cheerful grounds.

The place is perfect. Paradise. Adjacent to a crime free neighborhood. Away from crowded areas. People working here are so kind. I’ll be back. Always left my room unlocked.

It's all about location at Willowbank. The property is positioned between two nice beaches. One is facing Ely's Harbor and the other is ocean-facing. Both are beautiful and generally quiet and calm. There is also a pier around which to snorkel (it is teeming with aquatic life). There is a good restaurant on the property and the staff are friendly. It is not a luxury resort, so if you need to be pampered and waited on, this is probably not going to be a good option for you. If you prefer calm, quiet and laid-back vibes with incredible views, this might be your best bet. Others notable property amenities include a gym, tennis and pickleball courts, a pool, and a basketball goal.

Beautiful property

Willowbank Resort was a perfect fit for us. We loved the quiet atmosphere. We snorkeled daily, ( bring your own equipment) enjoying the two beaches and boardwalk point. The staff was gracious and helpful. Beautiful view of sunset and stars. We enjoyed using the nearby bus system to engage in night life and events elsewhere, but happy to come back to this secluded haven

Willow banks resort did not live up to its presentation on hotels.com When I booked with Hotel.com the listing showed that breakfast was included in the price. the resort said stated breakfast was not included and would be $60 a day. I called Hotels.com and spook to a person about the issue and they said they would contact the resort and get this resolved and call me back. the person never called the resort and never called me back. the first hotel room we were taken to was not what we had booked and was unacceptable old dirty beat-up furniture rusty refrigerator and full of ants. Phone did not work in the room could not call the front desk. no one at the front desk after 6pm. local people coming into the resort and walking around No the deadbolt on the door did not work there was no way to secure the door from the inside of the room my wife felt very unsafe at night, so I had to slide a large chair in front of the door. I would expect to be refunded the it cost me to have breakfast every day I would not recommend this resort to anyone the resort is very misrepresented on Hotels.com

Outdated rooms, poorly maintained. Beach is not great, access to water is difficult at low tide. Sun-beds and umbrellas are limited and in very poor shape. Free breakfast is poor. On positive side, staff is very nice and helpful. Food for lunch and dinner of good quality. Overall, way overpriced for conditions of the hotel and location.

A beautiful, serene resort with friendly staff, beautiful views, and good food. I enjoyed my time there and will book again!

Staff is very nice and helpful. The food at the resort is very good. Beach areas are nice. Bus stops are very close and there is a parking area for electric car rentals with charging stations. Would stay there again.

Our first time in Bermuda - didn’t know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised by our choice of accommodation. It couldn’t be any more perfect. Just what we needed. The location of our cottage was perfect - walking down to the beaches first thing in the morning was an absolute joy. Only negative that the restaurant was not fully open so lunch and dinner needed some planning. Tennis and pickle ball courts are available- we had some fun family tennis time while staying here. Chef Nick and our Concierge Daivan were outstanding - making sure we were well taken care of. We’ll be back to your beautiful retreat for sure!

This was a wonderful resort - out of the way - but beautiful and reasonably priced for Bermuda standards. They are doing a rehabilitation of the facility- hopefully that includes the showers / this was really the only thing that I did not like (it was hard to wash my thick hair without such little water pressure.) the staff / especially head chef Nick - is amazing! The grounds are beautiful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. I love the property grounds, so very scenic along the private beach. The sunset was incredible.

The property is situated in the hills overlooking the ocean. The lodging is charming and my room had a fantastic ocean view.

My family stayed in an Ocean Front room recently and loved the resort. The thing that stood out most for us was the staff. Every person we interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful with any questions we had, always a smile on their faces and a warm greeting. The room had an incredible view although it could definitely use some updating. The continental breakfast at times was scarce, but other days there was fresh fruit and yogurt options. The full breakfast, lunch and dinner items were quite good.

Bermuda is stunning! Willowbank was an excellent choice for our first trip! A former Christian retreat with old world charm, loved it! Gorgeous views and two private pink sank beaches!! The staff and all Bermudians were the most friendly that we’ve ever encountered! The Willowbank restaurant prepared the best “local” fried fish on raisin bread sandwich on the island!! Will definitely return next time during lobster season!

I enjoyed my stay here. It was beautiful.

They need a new cleaning crew and to fumigate more often due to ants.
