Bem localizado, conveniente e com excelente atendimento. Quarto amplo, confortável e uma ducha excelente. Restaurante com ótimas opções tanto para jantar, lanche e principalmente café da manhã. Piscina, opções de relaxamento, academia tb são ótimas opções no local. Área de home office com atendimento super cordial onde tive que usufruir sem nenhum custo extra por estar hospedado. Excelente serviço!

No disfrute la Alberca por muy poco tiempo pero todo estaba muy bien y el personal todos con muy buena atencion volvere con mi familia muy pronto gracias por todo 👍

Lovely hotel. Great room, location, staff and amenities.

The hotel facilities, food and its staff were great! It would be a solid 5 stars for me except my stay for vacation and relaxation was met daily by 9 hours of a hammer doing some kind of construction up me. There was no sleeping in or coming back to the room during the day to relax and take a nap. Very frustrating. I ended up checking out a day early.

J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’accueil à la réception et leur souplesse d’esprit. Mon offert un late Check out sans aucun supplément :) La chambre était plus que parfaite:) No se puede pedir más !

Very nice and relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very easy.

The pool was closed and they overcharged me for laundry. Be an earful they charge per piece of clothing! Ended up paying $130 for laundry !!!

Excellent hotel. Nice pool and sauna and small gym - excellent for Bolivia. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Only gripe is the coffee machine outside the breakfast restaurant: it isn’t free. This is my second stay there in 2 weeks and they had no indication of that the first time. I saw the second time they put a sign saying it was 20bol.. they only charged me 15bol the week prior.. minor detail.. My go to hotel when I arrive in Santa Cruz.

Excellent hotel. Disappointed that there was no notice that the pool was being fixed. They offered free entry to a water park instead but we didn’t have time to use it. Just really wanted the pool. But otherwise faultless. Amazing breakfast included. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful gardens to enjoy. Great location.
