4泊しましたが街の中心にあり歩いてすぐにカフェやレストランもあり非常に便利な場所です。 ホテルの中、お部屋も独特な雰囲気で楽しく過ごすました。ホテルスタッフのサービスも良く観光施設などの相談にも良く対応して頂き良い休憩を過ごせました。

Beautiful place, great location, very nice staff, great shower. Only downside in my experience was that the bedside lights didnt have working lightbulbs and weren't replaced when I asked them to be. The room also had no curtains, the heater didn't work. But

Unstable water pressure makes me crazy. The toilet water tank can't work properly and automatically. Curtain works like nothing. Internet too bad.

Smelly, old tv doesnt work, no hot water, no good wifi, too noisy almost until 2AM. Dont come to this hotel, no machine for credit card. People in the front desk was doing their best. But the place itself is really bad

This is a distinctive, very central hotel that is ideal for anyone visiting Sucre. The staff are outstanding, the rooms uniquely appointed in a mixture of older style and modern conveniences (although the wifi is a bit sluggish at times). Breakfast is plentiful, and staff allowed us to eat breakfast very early one day because we had a 5:30 am commitment. The common areas are lovely.

La habitación no tenía ventilación, y olía a baño sucio que salí del desagüe del baño. No reponían jabón y la cama sonaba todo al moverse.

I liked so much the style, old as those colonial days. I did not like the bathroom, the mix of shower tub was not confortable, it was high from the floor, it is slippery and dangerous.

Hotel acogedor, de bella apariencia colonial, con pocos pero buenos servicios. Habitaciones bonitas y cómodas. Bien ubicado en el centro histórico. Perfecto si se viene por negocios o reuniones. Si la altura te afecta mejor pedir habitación en la primera planta pues no tiene ascensor.

Beautiful building and decor. Our room was too warm at night, hence the next day kindly moved us to a much cooler room. Great experience to stay in such an historic building. Lovely helpful staff and good breakfast in included.

Nice hotel and excellent location, but they need a little more attention to detail in order to be a really great hotel. For instance, there are no blackout shades in the windows so more light enters than preferred for sleeping. When we arrived, we asked they clean the toilet because it looked like someone had vomited in it. There was also a price list for a minibar, but nothing in the refrigerator. Finally, the tv was very small and we wanted to watch one of the Copa America soccer games. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also very good.

It was a real treat to stay in a building with so much history and character. It was immaculately maintained and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location too.
