丽思酒店公寓

我們是航班更改了，臨時訂的，只留了幾個小時，但我覺得房間清潔美觀，很不錯，但外面的車聲很嘈吵， 尤其在洗手間很清楚聽到外面車聲，但也不是很重要。 酒店裏有咖啡室請方便的 員工很好，還幫我安排翼日早上六點的計程車， 也為我們準備好外帶早餐，可惜房間的標示不是很清晰，洗手間有一瓶免費的水，然後標示寫着，如果要更多水可到Mini bar 取, 退房時卻收了$5 美元，但還是可以接受的。

员工友善，物业设施很好，周围环境安全方便，绝对推荐！

Room was spacious and comfortable as well as convenient to where we were heading. Staff were helpful and breakfast had a great selection of food.

Beautiful hotel, staff was great. If you find yourself in LA Paz, it's a great place to stay.

Very Nice clean hotel, well located in La Paz. Good variety in the breakfast bar. Felt like a very safe area, Friendly staff who are happy to give advice.

Für la paz sicher sehr gut. Die Apartments sind riesig, das Bett bequem, Das Frühstück ist ok, allerdings unter dem Standard der Unterkunft. Leider hatten wir Bettwanzen, vielleicht hatten wir da nur Pech. Die Lage ist gut.

Nous devions rester 3 nuits. Suite à un imprévu, nous sommes restés 3 jours de plus. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Un taxi est toujours présent à l'entrée de l'hôtel pour se promener. Nous avons pu aussi garer notre véhicule loué devant l'entrée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien équipés. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et magasins à proximité, ainsi qu'une station de téléphérique.

Breakfast in morning, great cleanliness daily close to mall and food. Would stay again

I stayed here for two weeks and I must say it is one of the best stays I have had internationally, I really enjoyed everything about the hotel and property especially the friendly staff. It was super comfortable and super convenient. To be very fair they could improve very simple things like 1) they did not provide even drinking water which is so weird for such a high level hotel. Please fix that for future guests as a bottle of water a day will not hurt you. Its not a money issue, its just having water. 2) The room swipe cards are so old and have been used so many times that I needed to get new cards almost every day and sometimes more than once a day. I was on the 11th floor which was nice, but getting to your room after a day out with bags in hand, then swiping the card realizing you need to go back downstairs to get a new card - I think you can do better. It is like they are trying to save 3 pennies a guest for cards and 25 cents for water on rooms that really cover such fees. I will stay there again should I return, but these little details make the management appear stingy and cheap for such a classy location. I emphasize, the people and place are WONDERFUL so these details should not deter a future guest at all, but they are a memo to management. Please clean up these little details. Don't be so cheap on the little details, give the experience.

Room was an apartment with bedroom, living area, dining area and kitchen. Bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. Breakfast was included and had a decent variety of food. We also liked the restaurant in the hotel. There was a mall with a grocery store about three buildings away. A lot of restaurants within a few blocks.

The apartment was lovely however the restaurant and the bar didn’t deliver to the expected Ritz standard. There was no barman to make cocktails, staff were not the most proactive to try to solve problems, food was basic both for dinner and breakfast. I would say breakfast was cold and limited. It’s such a shame because the apartment was very nice however the restaurant/bar needs serious rethinking if you want to call it Ritz. I was disappointed as the only reason we chose it was the brand and what I thought we should be getting with Ritz name.

Well maintained property, walking distance from shopping and restaurants. Apartments of generous size, clean and functional. Staff is friendly and efficient. Would return at any time.
