Staff were friendly and professional. The property was clean and spacious. The resort grounds were immaculate. One of the most relaxing trips I've experienced.

I had a great experience staying here property is clean staff is great the female manager is awesome she will work with whatever problem you have and fix it to the best of her ability only thing I didn't like was the 4:00 p.m. check-in 11:00 a.m. check out other than that great hotel I rented the two bedroom Villa with private pool excellent excellent

Beautiful place to stay slightly disorganized upon checking in and figuring out things

We had a fab relaxing time at Windsock in a 3-bed villa. The pool was very welcome and the villa had pretty much anything we needed to enjoy our week there. Just over the road and you’re swimming with the parrot fish in the beautiful Caribbean Sea.

Beautiful penthouse 3 bedroom apartment. Had a wonderful stay, staff was attentive & courteous. Loved the pool & the beach club across the street was excellent

Beautiful quaint resort. Pool was under construction but my villa had its own plunge pool to relax. Love this resort. Please feel to invite back for a free stay anytime!!!

Very nice property

We had an amazing time at this property! The suite was everything that was advertised, clean and comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay here again. It’s also in a very central location to all island activities and we used only golf cart and scooter as our transportation and easily got everywhere we wanted to go!

I enjoyed my 5day/4 night stay. The hotel is just as pictured and is very relaxing and beautiful -the accommodation decor is modern but fits the Caribbean lifestyle. The restaurant

This review is mainly to praise Marjorie and Roy for doing the right thing. My wife and I had booked a long stay at the Grand Windsock, but after one day I was having severe sensitivities to VOCs in our unit and became massively sick. After a lot of back and forth, Marjorie and Roy came by to investigate. At first they were both very skeptical, but after showing them my VOC meter and allowing them to do their own tests they acknowledged the situation and allowed us out of the 11 day booking. I am grateful that they were willing to investigate and work with us. They could have been greedy and refused the refund, but they showed humanity and compassion and acknowledged the situation. Kudos to the Grand Windsock for having employees such as Marjorie and Roy, and empowering them to make decisions such as these.

The property is 3 minutes from the airport. The beachside restaurant was surprisingly good. These villas are across the street from the ocean, and there is no beach, but there is a steep ladder with approx. 20 steps that gets you into the ocean. There is a local beach 1 minute down the road. I wouldn't walk that road with children, but as an adult it was easy. The grocery stores are 2 minutes away and have everything you need. Our villa had a salt water pool. The water started to turn green, so there was an imbalance in the water chemistry which needed attention but no one came to address it. The check-in process was long and painful. It is done at the main pool cabana, and takes forever. We waited for over an hour, which is unacceptable. The property isn't that big and there was only one other small group checking in at the time.

It is a beautiful property, comfortable and excellent location.
