The hotel was very comfortable with good air conditioning, comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. The best feature however was the location which was ten seconds walk from the main street and an easy walk to most of the sites. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to stay in Sarejevo. There is free parking but the soaces are a bit tight.

Great location in the center of the old town. The pool and the gym are actually in the adjacent hotel Europa. I used the gym - it was basic but had everything I needed for upper and lower body workout. The safe in the room didn't work but it wasn't a biggie. My 14-year old son and I slept in a room with two beds. The beds were more on the small side but probably Ok for most people. The pillow was huge, too big for me, and I forgot to ask for smaller ones, so my sleep there wasn't the best. The breakfast was Ok except the coffee that sucked (how come they couldn't make Turkish coffee?). I liked having free parking right next to the hotel.

Great location, close to everything. Fantastic views. Good sound proofing in the rooms. Comfortable room. Kettle in room and mini fridge. Room was a bit dated and tired.

Central location but a little difficult to find amidst busy streets. Plus: a big sink. For people who design hotels: please do supply bathrooms with lots of DRY levels and hooks - travelling people have always things to be placed somewhere and in most hotels there simpy is no place - or at least not dry place. Also in a double room things are needed for TWO people, not one, like chairs, places to dry towels etc.

Buena ubicación, el desayuno podría estar mejor. Al hotel le hace falta una renovación. De todos todos modos fue una buena estadía. Vale destacar que tiene parking gratuito en las instalaciones, eso es muy conveniente

good hotel. better than was expecting based off the price! the room was clean, the bed was comfy the bathroom was clean and shower was great too. the location is amazing. super central and close to everything you want to see

OK für kurz trip

The gentleman that works evenings was particularly kind and friendly. The location couldn't be better. Parking was easy and the complimentary breakfast was great (that staff was excellent too). Would recommend!

Frühstück jeden Tag das gleiche. Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Renovierungsarbeiten notwendig

The hotel was very nice, but it could use some updates. Specifically the hair dryer in my room didn’t work. This is something that could be improved.

Heruntergekommenes Hotel in super Lage. Das Personal beim Check in am ersten Tag war sehr nett, was man von den Menschen an den folgenden Tagen eher nicht sagen kann. Der Mensch, der das Frühstück betreut hat, hatte absolut keine Lust irgendetwas zu tun, außer einem Room Number statt Guten Morgen, sagte er z.B, als ich nach Joghurt fragte, hier ist Schokopudding. Die Kaffeemaschine war kaputt, statt dessen gab es lauwarmen Nesskaffee aus einem großen Behälter. Auf Tee umsteigen? Fehlanzeige, lässt sich mit fast kaltem Wasser nicht aufbrühen. Auch getrocknete Spiegeleier sind nicht wirklich lecker und ... Die Dame an der Rezeption, liess sich auch nur sehr ungern beim Solitärspielen stören. Unser Zimmer? Der Putz fiel im Bad von der Decke, im Zimmer von den Wänden. Die Dusche hatte auch schon weit bessere Tage gesehen. Aber am kreativsten war die Haltrung des Spiegels, als ich versuchte mit ein Stück Seife von der Ablage zu nehmen, hatte ich großes Glück, dass mir der Spiegel nicht runterfiel. Die Seife war nämlich nicht zum Händewaschen gedacht, sondern mit zwei anderen Stücken, die Halterung des Spiegels. Mir würde noch einigs einfallen, aber ich will mich ja nicht aufregen..........

Easy check in and room was available early which was great. Small car park, squeezed between hotel art and hotel europe, but we did manage to get a space. Amazing views over the old town of Sarajevo and great location to explore. Be aware this hotel does NOT have a pool, even thlugh the description says it does. They allow you access to the pool and spa in the hotel next door if you ask for a pass. We had a suit room which was a decent size with a living room and bedroom. It had a large bathroom with a bath and shower cubicle (with water jets!) But the shower was dirty with some black mould around the edges. Breakfast was disappointing, quite basic and the cooked food was luke warm at best.

very nice hotel and a great location in the old town very close to lots of mosques and everything is halal in the area also easy access to public transport. the decore was a little dated and there was no pool as stated in the hotel info

The good: Location was great, had parking and the room was confortable and quiet. The BAD: No service at all: The minibar was not working, the shower sewer was clogged and nobody came to fix them during our stay. We asked for 2 additional pillows - got them the next morning. Breakfast was terrible - first day we got there and all the free tables were dirty/with plates and remains of food -nobody was cleaning them - The coffee machine did not work the 2 days- readymade coffee from a thermos was cold - the the offering was minimal and of poor quality (see photos at 8AM). The hotel says they have a pool and spa - well they do not - Guests can use the pool/spa of the hotel across the street but that is not the same. We complained a lot but they said they did not have service because it was a weekend ¿? Don't recommend
